Busy day today, the girls were "super watered" with fox farms Big Bloom. What i mean by super watered is that i would put each plant, by it's self into a 15 gallon tub which had about 6" of water with the fox farms in it. Then i watered over the top of the plant with more water/nutes until the pots were fully saturated with water/nutes. I'm finding watering in these pots is tuff to get everything really watered good. Seems that the water just runs out the bottom of the pot as soon as it's added. Never soaking the soil. I will do this every feeding from now on to ensure complete soaking of the pots.
I transplanted 4 of the nicest looking girls into 7 gallon pots. Only did 4 because that's all of that size pots I had. The 3 gallon pots the plants were in I put the Mind Bender X Afghangooey clones in them. I need a couple more 3 gallon pots to finish the job.
The girls were taken out of the grow room and put into the sun today for about 5-6 hours. I did the "super watering outside, so i just put them in the sun before i started and left them outside. Temps reached mid 60's today with warmer weather on the way.
I scrubbed the grow room out with bleach solution, and mopped the floors with it too. Try'n to keep things clean in there. Photos in a couple of hours, going to a friends now.

I have some updated pictures that were taken when the girls were outside.
The light mover arrived today, now I have my weekend project.
I picked up a Hortilux Conversion bulb, the big dog with 145,000 lumins....wow.

The light mover got here late Friday, and i installed yesterday. I moved the ballasts upstairs into the loft area to reduce the heat in the grow room. I put the mover up, then had to run, so I couldn't keep an eye on things. when I came home at midnight, I checked the girls, and the temps were just under 90 degrees. From what I read when using co2, 90 degrees is O.K., but not much above that. So I will need to keep an eye on this new mover/light.
The girls sure look happy with the extra room. I'm sure there going to take off now.

sounds good tmb. i gotta agree with abetterworld, i have to shut down ops between july and mid-sept, i just cant afford the AC. it added about 500/month to the bill when i ran it. unacceptable. not trying to piss on your campfire, but it might be better to think about that now, and plan accordingly. im gonna do a big batch of cuttings mid july and just veg them under flours while its 100+ outside, no hps. as soon as it cools enough at night (early - mid - sept here) ill go back to the g-rides. i had a very nice crop of white widow turn to hay a couple years ago cuz the temps got up to 90-95 in the room during the last 2-3 weeks of flower.

I think the plan is to put them ALL outside March 1st (depending on the weather/forecast), in the weed cage wrapped in 4ml plastic. If it gets to cold or wet for a long stretch, i'll just move them inside where the weather is nice and warm.
That date is less then two weeks from today My partners up the road already has their girls outside. Their higher in elevation then me, and the cold nights (upper 30's to low 40's) don't seem to bother them. They look great!

Watered the girls today, fed them Maxi Crop Seaweed, molasses, and some Cal Mag. I need to transplant the girls into 7 gallon pots soon. I can see a big difference in the plants that are in the bigger pots.
I need to make changes in the co2 schedule again. Staying to hot in the grow room, so co2 for 8 minutes at 8:30. Then 2 more minutes at 9:20, then the exhaust/intake fans will kick on at 10:00, go off at 10:29 and the co2 for 8 minutes again at 10:30, repeat that schedule every 2 hours.

Took some clones tonight, need to start thinking about my fall harvest. I took, 2 Lemon Purps (from seed), 2 Shiva Skunk, 2 Blackberry kush X NCGB (from seed), 4 SR71 Purple Kush, 3 Chemo Cindy, and 3 Jack Herer. I made a bubble cloner this time, i used a $9 black 5 gallon tote with a locking lid, $14 duel outlet aquarium pump, $2.50 for 25' of hose, and $2.50 ea for the 2-10" air stones. I have it all in the 4x4 tent with 2 24" florescent lights 4" above them. Cross our fingers.
10 lucky girls will by transplanted into 7 gallon pots, and the girls in the 1 gallon pots will be put into the soon to be empty 3 gallon pots.

you got some nice strain selection tmb. nice mixed greens salad. really looking forward to seeing your 'cage' in full bloom.

Took some pictures today of the girls, the grow room, and the light mover, The items in the back on the truck are for the outdoor garden (fall harvest). Il put Chicken Shit, horse shit, molasses, mychorizal, Dolomite lime, powered Alaskan fish emulsion, and Humus into the garden. I wanted to rototill it all in together, but the rototiller I borrowed would not run.....tomorrow I hope.

The girls were watered today with just straight water. I transplanted 10 of the girls yesterday into 7 gallon pots, they're loving it.

Thanks Bob, I'm running out of space under the lights. I think no more LSTing, maybe a couple need it, but going to just let them go now and let them get taller.

The girls were watered today with Fox Farms Big Bloom. They get straight water next watering (Sunday) then i will make a bloom tea and feed it to the girls next week.
12oz Molasses
16oz Alaskan Fish Ferts "Bloom" 0-10-0
2 cups earthworm castings
16 oz Maxi Crop Seaweed extract
2 cups of Bat Guano 2-7-5
I brew the above for 24-36 hrs with 5 gallons of Artisan water at 75-80 degrees.
I add the 5 gallons of tea, after brewed, to 25 gallons of Artisan water warmed to 75-80 degrees.
The first tea I will use half of the above ingredients the first feeding, then full strength after that.

might want to coordinate the plants going outside with the upcoming weather.... things may not look as up as you would like until the middle of March ;)

The weather is hard on plants..... its a matter of choice and circumstance for the grower IMHO, I think your neighbor that already has plants outside would agree.

Either way, the lights will be adjusted March 1st, even if the weather outside is nasty, they need to be put into flowering mode. I will put them outside when the weather allows me to. They will be just fine inside until outside conditions are to the plants liking.
