thrips, white larvae on fan leaves

i think i got thrips, i see these white larvae shaped things on the tops of my fan leaves. as soon a i touch one it moves around. dont know what they are. im gonna spray plants down with neem oil. do you guys know if ladybugs would eat these donkeys too?

Preditor mites will deal to them, but you might be better to try the basic stuff first, spray the room with flyspray, then the leaves with neem oil, be careful of burning them though, only use a little neem. Insecticidal soap might be better. Put something sticky in there too to catch the adults, and if they are thrips then you may also need to spray some of that neem spray into the top layer of the soil to kill any eggs that drop down there and hatch.

thanks i picked up some organic spray from Jon plant factory and sprayed the leaves tops and bottom, as well as neem. went with the orgranic cause im almost 3 weeks into flowering. sure hope im not gonna taste this stuff later on :wall:
