Springtime is coming and I want to do an outdoor grow. But I was wondering, If I vegged a plant for a few weeks inside using 24/0 then put them outside, would they flower?
You should glance over the existing treads before making a new one... at least the first page anyway!Springtime is coming and I want to do an outdoor grow. But I was wondering, If I vegged a plant for a few weeks inside using 24/0 then put them outside, would they flower?
Whoops I didn't see that. My bad. I still have a few questions though. Will the plant flower if the light cycle is 14/10? Might the shock from 24/0 to 14/10 cause it to flower? You should glance over the existing treads before making a new one... at least the first page anyway!
I would say a 10hr jump is most definitly goin to shock your plant into flower. To avoid this unnessissary stress i would suggest a more gradual approach. Try reducing light by 1hr every other day and in about 2 weeks you should be good. As for the gradual increase it should be fine just give it a few weeks to straighten up... some transplant shock is enevitableWhoops I didn't see that. My bad. I still have a few questions though. After all, its a ten hour difference whereas 18/6 to 12/12 is only a six hour difference. Also how will the gradual increase as opposed to decrease in sunlight affect the plant?
