If I started a plant 24/0 then put it outside, would it flower?

Springtime is coming and I want to do an outdoor grow. But I was wondering, If I vegged a plant for a few weeks inside using 24/0 then put them outside, would they flower?

You should glance over the existing treads before making a new one... at least the first page anyway!

Whoops I didn't see that. My bad. I still have a few questions though. Will the plant flower if the light cycle is 14/10? Might the shock from 24/0 to 14/10 cause it to flower?
After all, its a ten hour difference whereas 18/6 to 12/12 is only a six hour difference. Also how will the gradual increase as opposed to decrease in sunlight affect the plant?

I would say a 10hr jump is most definitly goin to shock your plant into flower. To avoid this unnessissary stress i would suggest a more gradual approach. Try reducing light by 1hr every other day and in about 2 weeks you should be good. As for the gradual increase it should be fine just give it a few weeks to straighten up... some transplant shock is enevitable

Ive heard 14 hours is the time in nature is when plants begin to flower, so they probably would do so even without being in 24 hour light.

SpicyAK is right though, give it less light every couple of days and start hardening off when you get to a normal 16/8 or 18/6......

if you have any mothers in the room when you switch light cycles it will bloom your mothers out.BE CARE FULL OR YOU WILL FUCK UP YOUR MOTHERS.IF YOU DONT HAVE A room away from your mothers dont cut back the light to accustom your babys to go outside.
just veg them out to a nice two ft or so with multiple heads and have your babys ready to go outside then put them outside.
i had my mothers and babys in the same room sharing light ...i was thinking about trying to save a few dollars and cut back the light..i started slow at like two hours and started cutting it back every few days...and guess what..ALMOST everything started to bloom under 20/4.
outside id use some predator scent around my plants..i would use..be carefull about using blood meal or some critters will be attracted to it and they will destroy your plants.take a large drink when you are planting and piss around your plant sites some..it will help keep the critters away.DONT PISS ON YOUR PLANTS..or near them..just around them..
