No worries, the same thing happened to me except it was the sunrise hi/low reflector hangers! If you call them they will send you one! And if you call and send an email you will get two!! LOL that is what i did !!

that seems to be a common misconception about this company.... they DONT give a shit about your inconvenience, or you as a customer

let something be unsure about your payment though, and i'm sure they'd step up to the business plate

only twice, but it wont happen again ;)... the first time, I had no issues except being "upgraded" to a generic bulb which blew in a few weeks....

the second time, they took five days to ship my bulb.... but they did send an email saying they finally shipped.... but refused to respond when confronted..... fuck them :lol:.....

I like thebigtomato for most of my growing needs

Is there a number I can call to confront someone about my missing timer? I checked the website and the information that came with my packaging and couldn't find a number. I already sent them a question on the website.

I talked to "tony" by replying to the "we finally shipped your shit" email.... other than that, i dunno..... good luck with that.

I now will wholly discourage anyone from doing any business with these people.... they may have prided themselves on customer service back when they first started, but it seems now that they have become one of the largest online purveyors to the grower's market, it seems they dont really give a damn anymore.

Got my 400watt HPS from HTG. No probs. Speedy delivery, no calls emails needed, and they actually remembered my free timer lol

I ordered a light kit and it was never sent. I called and they said they had packed it but it never left. They sent it with an upgraded kit(dont know if they were out of their kits) and bulb, which was cool with me.

2nd order I recieved my fan today but my mylar is missng. I did get the package roll tube the mylar would fit in but nothing was in it. Calling tomorrow and will post the outcome. So far they have treated me great, hopefully it continues.

They will be sending out another roll of mylar. It seems a few people have been getting the packages but no mylar roll inside. Treating me great so far.
