only twice, but it wont happen again ... the first time, I had no issues except being "upgraded" to a generic bulb which blew in a few weeks....
the second time, they took five days to ship my bulb.... but they did send an email saying they finally shipped.... but refused to respond when confronted..... fuck them .....
