I like my flower room to 9 to 9 so i want to change the time on my timer by 1 hr. I thought i would do it in 20 min increments 3 days in a row. Think this will stress the plants ?

if you want to change the time just leave it in the dark until the time you want. An extra couple hours of dark once will not hurt them

Your kidding, right? When i say 12/12 i mean 12 on 12 off not 12 oclock to 12 oclock. but even still move your clock 1 hour per week and you wll be fine.
