Just wondering how far along this baby may be. (PICS)

Any input is welcome.

Well, I found this not to far from where I live. Well, thing is. I am wondering if it is over 4 weeks.

Reason I think this is because from the looks of it no one was caring for it. All though from the looks of it, it seems pretty healthy . Just stretched a bit, but I finally got it under a 13w CFL 2700k spectrum. Can't be left outside, it's been getting cold out these last couple of nights.

But I plan on getting the shy thing on some lighting perhaps 24 hrs? or window-sill for some natural lighting, Until I think she is buff enough to be outside. Which i'm only planning on having it at least a foot before it is out on its own.

If possible could someone maybe clarify how old she/he may be, I have a couple pics posted.

Not the greatest... Damn camera phones:wall: Cannot locate my digital at the moment.
Thx in Advance.:leaf:

I am 100%. lol I have been up & around the block. I know what MJ is looking like. I thought the roots were going to be long so I didn't want to take it out from the ground but I did anyway, two were stuck together. I slowly untangled them so they wouldn't die or go into shock. But I got one sitting here now looking very proud. The other, I may just leave somewhere to see what spontaneous things may occur.

EDIT: Realized I didn't answer your question, well I gotta bud who is a card holder
& he just has some seeds he has thrown in his front yard. I seen one by the mail box,
& he said that one is mine.

Which in fact made my day.

Okay, I'm having trouble with this post. I'm not sure if it's even legit. You found a pot plant? But, then it was actually found in your friend's front yard, and he was the planter?

Also, if you've been "around" & know what MJ is, then why are you putting it under a single 13w bulb? Being CFL, my guess would be that it's between 45-65w. The only thing that's going to do is stretch your plant like crazy & have it become the worst crop ever. Not to mention, it probably won't live because 65w max is barely enough to make it stand.

Outcome:

Tall, skinny plant that can't support it's own weight that bears maybe an 1/8 of bud (which I doubt). Actually, it probably won't even make it to flowering if this is the actual scenario.

Sorry if harsh, but this is a forum for help & I'm trying to help you.

Totally understandable, thing is I was just leavin & I noticed it by his mailbox. I figured he wouldn't mind he just let me leave & have my way with it. It is just experimental purposes.

I know about the stretching & everything in between. I just have it under this light for the time being. The stretching is what I hate the most, & everyone does. Not our fault they couldn't put the light close enough.

All in all in other words. I am just having something else to do so I can keep myself occupied.

Small and broad leaves would typically just be the differentials in sativa vs indica. The fan leaves go to making hash, but get in the way when you're doing a compact grow. I'd say 4-5 days old may be a little under par. Most seeds that I purchase pop up in no time, and are nice little babies by 4-5 days, but I also have them under quite a bit of light. I'd say that thing is probably 7-9 days (not counting underground germination of probably 1 1/2 days) & it may or may not be made of plastic. :) haha!

I only say this because if you put a plant under that lighting, depending how far the light is from it (put it at 2-3 inches away max), it will stretch. You could stretch in 1 ft in a week easily or more. But the leaves won't develop worth a damn, nor will your plant build a strong root system (in most cases), and definitely not on a 13 watt bulb. The leaves are not going to fill in as well as a plant under proper lighting, but they have developed & new sets are coming along from what I see. I'm guessing you picked this plant up within the last 3 days?

Keep light on it 24 hours or 18/6 even and fatten it up!

Good luck!

I have just gotten it last night around 11. I just put it under the light because transplanted
& I had to dis-assemble the roots from the other one that was attached. If I was doing this
thing indoors, then i'd definitely have more lighting. This is temporary. Until I can find/have
somewhere I can discretely place this fella.

Popping it under light after transplanting was the 1st right step! Very important to transfer in the morning of the plant. You can do it anytime, but it's a proven, higher success rate if you do. I'm confused...You have it under a light, but you have it outside? Why not just steal naturally from the sun. The best light you can use.

I just didn't think leaving it somewhere so no one finds it was smart since it got pretty cold last night. 38 degrees or so.
I am waiting this Michigan weather out, very unpredictable. Supposedly going down to the near 30's in a couple days..
But then back to 70-80 afternoon - at night 40 - 50.. Whichever the weather they predict, I watch religiously for the sake
of my offspring.

&& YES natural light is Grade A

Check out my album, & I have a video of my last harvest. https://www.rollitup.org/outdoor-growing/238611-update-plant.html

I come from the Midwest originally, and I've grown there, so I know exactly the weather you're facing. Go to True Value or Ace & pick up some plug in light sockets & some more bulbs. Either that or your'e going to risk your plant inside or out.

Yeah, if anything something stealthy would be great. Things is I got these woods a yonder.
So.. Hopefully I arrive there soon to spot out some nice places.
Till then I need a fan on these baby, & plenty of distilled water.

Here is another half-ass picture.

I'll upload pics tonight of my new fridge :) I turned it into a 100% stealthy grow box. 2 .14 amp fans, 4-65 watt cfl's, 2 pumps, 32 watt circular cfl & 5-1.5L bottles cut down to 1L..That's right, its a SoG & a challenging yet rewarding grow. 4 ft tall fridge, and it's gonna be fun :)

I always stand by growing inside. Have lived in both of those places, and it's always been an indoor grow. 1, it's safer & 2, it's 100% controllable climate & weather. Very important factors when growing a prize-winning smoke!!

That, again yet is true. But on my end, there are regulations & restrictions that I do intend to follow.

Momentarily I live with my girls parental's
