I don't think I would grow for profit. I just want something to take the pain away when I have attacks. The medicine the doctors give me, even in overdose quantities, will not do what one good joint will do.

+rep homebrew I like that seedfinder database. I noticed also that the Attitude used the same verbiage in their description of Serious AK47. As a side note: Nirvana AK48 is almost as good but cheaper. When I grew it [AK 48] It took ~ 53 days to flower. That was with a good veg. The 53 days is counting from light flip.

Thanks for the link, but the afghani reference you guys were arguing about still isn't wrong. "Genetics: Columbian, Mexican, Thai & Afghani" copied from the seed info. Thanks again for that link, it's a nice one.

Yeah, that link is super helpful. Bricktop uses it and I've found it to be a good reference.

every AK47 plant in my area has been flowered for 47 days. serious seeds are not the original breeders of AK47, they simply copyrighted the name. the original afghan kush is from the Afghan Kush region and is a pure indica cultivar. done in 47 days ;)

Afghan Kush plants were around thousands of years before serious seeds were ever heard of...

a true afghani kush plant would flower in 47 days, maybe even less dpending on how long you can hold out from pulling what you know will be some of the most potent smoke you've ever smoked in your life. Where do you think bubba kush and all those other kushes comes from? Forget the stories, go to afghanistan and pick yourself up some beans, breed them with anything you like and you'll end up with a potent strain. keep the mother yourself as a clone only and call it the holy grail.

Notice this "All of the EUROS and little WIGGER kids who submitted a definition of AK 47 (the marijuana strain)to this site are morons and don't know what they are talking about. Sorry to tell you but Skunky is correct on this one.

Getting seeds overseas is always a great treat. I always pretend I have a Landrance. I call her my holy grail, she's still goin!

I will take the experience of actually growing the strain over your hundred links. Have you ever heard of different Pheno-types? There's a cherry Ak, a Cherry-lime AK-47. Most people, like me, when I popped my 10 pack, looked for the fastest flowering of the bunch and kept that as a mother. Mine finishes right at 45-48 days, every single time. You can't tell me what's happening in my garden, I can see it.

Are we really arguing over 6 days here? All your links say 53- and we are saying 47. Believe me, there are phenos that finish in 47 just as I'm sure there are other phenos that finish in 53 or more.

I don't know how this is hard for you to understand
