Well I was gonna try to mix it in with my current crop...Looks to me like your starting a compost pile for next years crop... or at least the next crop.

Coffee grounds are the greatest thing since Nitrogen in a garden. Worms go crazy, providing the plants with a bunch of soluble nutrients.
We eat so few eggs any more that I went and bought fifty pounds of ground oyster shells, a few months ago.
I usually just throw fresh fruit peels on top of the mulch. Never use fruit peels indoors. They draw too many critters.
