Really? I thought you let it ferment a little then mix it with your original fert with the plants. but ok

Looks to me like your starting a compost pile for next years crop... or at least the next crop.

You can side dress the coffee grounds. Its NPK is 2 - 0.6 - 0.6 Plus the worms will love it... its like throwing a Key of Cocaine in the pit at the NY stock exchange... or the Guns N Roses tour bus. {Except the worms wont OD}
Some Starbucks and similar joints will give you grounds. anywhere from 10lbs to 120lbs at a time. Depends when you show up and ask for them..

Compost the egg shells and banana peels.
Coffee grounds are the greatest thing since Nitrogen in a garden. Worms go crazy, providing the plants with a bunch of soluble nutrients.
We eat so few eggs any more that I went and bought fifty pounds of ground oyster shells, a few months ago.
I usually just throw fresh fruit peels on top of the mulch. Never use fruit peels indoors. They draw too many critters.
