how long to flush? hydro..

i have 5 gallon buckets with the net lid i gave them plain water on the 18th so its been a week how long do i need to and how long can i let them go? 1000w hps if it matters..

I'm growing in a aero / Nft and 7-10 Days have always worked fine for me.
Have heard that 2-3 days flushing in hydro should be okay but I've never tried that.

The leaves should get yellow and you should remove them as they do. You are allowing the plant to absorb stored up nutrients out of the leaves.

standard 7-14 for outdoor and indoor,,,and drice it rite ,leaves will go yellow as nutes are getting flushed out,,the yellow should start from bottom and work its way up.

thanks so i can leave them till all the leaves are gone? i think i started flushing too early so an extra week may be good for it?

...how did the flush work out? I personally flush for 2 weeks. I first flood my beds with clearex for 1 hour using tap water....I then drain my res, refill with RO and Sweet....2 weeks later....O'yeah, DANK.

I personally do NOT flush at all - zilch - tried it once, found it made NO DIFFERENCE whatever to the taste of my bud.

...if it makes no difference to YOU, goodtimes, whatever floats your boat...this maybe dependant on your growing technique, and the fertilizers used....MINE taste better when I flush.
