I searched but didn't see anything pertaining to my question. I enjoy having several seed strains as a back up. I have about 3 different strains right now (I know its not much but that's the reason I created this topic) but I wanted to get all my popular strains and have them on the back burner so to speak. What I don't want is to buy all these seeds and spend over 500 dollars only to have them go to shit within a few months. I noticed that most banks tend to discard their seeds after a 60 day period is reached, or so they say. To be honest it would be nice for seeds to have a born on date. None that I have recieved have had that. Anyway, would sealing them in a vacuum container and putting them in the freezer prolong the life of the seeds for a very long time? Has anyone ever had seeds years old without any issues germinating them?
