is this safe? to grow a tomato plant next to a pot plant? also can a disease from a tomato spread to a pot plant? if its a tomato plant problem and not some random mold or something?

or would the weed plants absorb anything bad from the tomato plant?

No problems normally. Of course any mold or bugs will spread from plant to plant, regardless what kind they are (well in most cases anyway).

Just remember to have good circulation and to always check for bugs and mold - then you'll be just fine.

Good luck.

you could also consider clover as ground cover. It actually adds nitrogen to the soil it is in. But then again it is kinda a weed and can smother plants out. the short root system would keep competition to a minimum.

I would only grow other plants in my growroom from seed or cutting, they would have to be fresh into my environment, not brought in from somewhere else.

Hmm what other plants could you grow in such a small space if you have a little spare room? I would love some type of fruit as i hate tomatoes. I cant really think of anything that would not grow to be a literal tree though. Any ideas?

you could grow almost anything inside, maybe try a small fruit tree and keep it tiny, like a bonsai.

you guys are missing the point lol..im saying next to a weed plant..i was wondering if any problems could occur or if the marijuana plant would take any negative affects from it. just both plants together and both healthy. not sure if either would like absorb anything bad from the other? lol

I grew a cherry tomato plant and regular tomato plant next to my sativa. No issues at all
