First up are the new seedlings. they are a week or so old. not sure why they are so slow, but oh well, they are green, and one is a little mutated. the one in the red cup is a royal kush which was kindly gifted to me, and the one on the left could be a TNR gift, or a bagseed, dont know, but its mutated a little

next up is the lemon skunk. i managed to get her bent over with the help of some rubber bands to keep her from the light, but she seems stunted, and may not recover. i obviously done something wrong, but not for sure exactly what. and to top it off she hermied. but after all that I am still gonna grow her out and cut off the nanners as I see them. i also have her right on top of the exhaust fan so any pollen that comes from her will hopefully get sucked out. if I get a handful of seeds it wont hurt my feelings any. she, like the bagseed in there now, is a learning experience. you never know how to deal with a problem until you have to deal with one, at least thats how I learn.

next up is the queen of my case, the bagseed bud!!! well she is doing great, a little burnt but also purpling up really nice on some of the leaves and some calyxes. she has a strong smell, but it is different. i seen a picture of some blue cheese which closely resembled her. i guess i can only dream!!! i want to keep her going by reveg, so I am kinda scrambling to get my new flower cabinet built. shes at 6 weeks since sex was shown, so i have about 2 weeks till she finishes. i included some trich shots of her. i took these by placing a piece off a broken rifle scope on the front of my camera and getting close. she looks mostly clear with some cloudy going on. i want to try and drown her as well since I know i will not have the will power to let her cure properly.

daniels, how did the Goerge W twins do with the drowning experiment for you?

finally i have a few group shots in the case, you can see the LS by the fan to remove any excess pollen.
please tell me your thoughts folks, i enjoy criticism as well as applaud

OH, the BEDSEED i found under the bed, well i went to pull the baggy off the top which was held on by a rubberband, and well the rubberband beheaded the little focker :wall: growing is fun, but it takes patience and a lot of learning. :D

Looking good. Snip them nanners as you catch them. That Bagseed looks good too.
I have to trim up W.'s twins today, but from the first try on it I have 'high' hopes. I'll know later today. Kinda executed that Bedseed a bit prematurely there GB. Live and let Die.:fire:

GB... that cola looks rich... very tasty looking... the rubber band beheading? Ha... oh no.... I sympathize.
yeah, bedseed was a bad seed!! off with her head!!!

that bagseed looks hella tasty
thanks yngdomino, i have high hopes for her, would really like to reveg, not sure if it will happen though.

How long before you think you'll harvest?
well the bagseed will be at 8 weeks the tuesday before thanksgiving. i plan to drown her, maybe starting the friday before. based off the current trichs of mostly clear and partly cloudy, i think it will be a thanksgiving'ish harvest.

well there is bad news fellows. i went to clip the ties on the lemon skunk because she should have been holding her own, and when i did she just fell over. i had 2 options, cut or transplant. well this game is mainly a learning experience so I transplanted to see what I could learn. i got her in a new pot and she is standing on her own.

i think what happened to her is before I put that perlite on her 3-4 weeks ago, something caused her to start flopping around in the pot, maybe i bumped her the wrong way. i guess I should have transplanted her then, but I lazily put the perlite on top to help stabilize her. when i pulled her out last night a lot of her roots were brownish, and I cut a decent amount off to help spur new growth. i know there is a lot of controversy if MJ grows roots in flower and I realize that she may be dead in a couple of days, but if I had not done what I done she would've be dead last night.

i know she has hermied and some of y'all may be saying she aint worth the time. but like i said, this is all about learning. i just learned that i should NOT ever lazily do anything with my plants. and I will get punished by losing on yield.

i will update when i see a change in her

Well Shit. Hopefully she makes it. It should be OK, just have to get re-oriented. As long as the Lesson was Learned. That is more important than the 1 plant.

Yes, the lesson was learned. It funny cause sometimes more aggression is required, and some times more patience and waiting is required. I guess the hardest part is determing when to apply which one.

She's at 5 weeks and 1 day since she showed pre-flowers, so it will be interesting to see how she does. I have read some folks doing late flower transplantectomy's with success, but I don't have to high of hopes actually. But then again I kept that bagseed around for months looking almost dead and look at her now.

Thanks for the kind words guys.

I bet she does fine with the transplant... these damn plants are more resilient to torture than I ever suspected. I bet she turns out fine, especially the way you nurture the plants. Ready to see the transplant pics GB.

Sorry about the bad luck GB. At least it will be easy to spot any nanners popping out of the buds. You should be able to keep them pretty clean. I wouldn't worry about the transplant either. She may get thrown out of whack but she should pull through and produce.

Growing is really easy and really hard at the same time. Every time I think I have everything going right some new problem pops up or I notice something weird. I think I have my girl on the right track now though. I'll be putting up new pics late tonight. When the lights come on she will be starting day 63 of flower. You're going to flip when you see what she looks like now.

well she is still alive tonight and standing her own. seems she drank up pretty good so thats a good sign. I may add a little more water tonight. seems she starting to make seeds more so today after the transplant, and while I dont want seeds, its a sign of life none the less. i think these seeds will be great for an outdoor guerilla grow next summer, although i may try one indoors to see if it is strain related or if the stress I caused made her hermie.

hey all, just snapped some trich shots to check 'em out for myself, and wanted to share. i think they are still about 70% cleat and 30% cloudy.

the lemon skunk is still alive, and green. drinking a bunch, but i am being easy with her. still making seeds to, oh well, it is what it is.

pictures 1 & 4 are the same, 2 & 5 are the same, & 3 & 6 are the same, just the zoom is different of course

thanks guys,

micro.grower, you cant touch this bulb, and I am sure the higher wattages may be worse. but honestly, it doesnt seem too much hotter than my 42 watt bulb from about 1.5"-2" away. i am gonna put it in the flower cab i am building and put CFL's back in my case until I get enough dough to buy a second ballast to put back in the PC.

the strain is much nicer than my last finished harvest looking at the trich amount. i cant wait to try it :bigjoint:
