Blue Dream Bubblicious 1st Indoor Grow

Day 59 Bubblicious Harvest

Well if you read any of the last few post I was trippin about the trichs but after cutting a few trim leaves I inspected them with my microscope and it was all good. I'm a slow maticulous trimmer so took me little over 4 hours to cut and trim. I ended up cutting 9 of the top buds off after inspecting them with the microscope.

All the pics are before and after. For whatever reason I forgot to take a full pic before I started cutting but the 1st pic is from 6 days ago. LOL 1st pic I took of my 1st cut turned out to be named pic 420! All weights are after trimming.

Bud 1- 13.5g

Bud 2- 10.9g

All the Buds are in order from Left to Right. There is actually 10 buds hanging...The 3rd little nug is part of the 2nd bud.
Total Weight- 119.5g or a little more than 4 1/4oz.

Anyone got a guess or estimate on dried or cured final weight?

Blue Dream to come in 10 days or so!!

yea if its for personal use, trim it up good. looks great man! keep up posted on dry weight. id say bubbalicious is 45 g dry.

Yeah I keep the Indies for myself I like the couch lock I just medicate at night to help me sleep. I have been battling insomnia for a long time so far smokin the herb is the only thing helps without adverse side effects. Got a couple stories on what Ambien has made me do without me even knowing it. I don't mind the trim becuase I think I'm going to make Kief with the Bubblicious and use the trim from the Blue Dream to make butter. I will update weight when I transfer them to a mason jar after they finish drying. I'm going to let them go until the get dry to the touch. The rack I got from Walmart for like $10. Supposed to be used to hang dry clothes but use stoners always find ingenious ways to use ordinary items! I'm a little concered about the humidity though been around 50% but I have a small fan blowing air and exhaust fan on 24/7. Thinking I might take a look around on craigslist for a mini dehumidifier cuz if I order one off the net won't be here in time for the Bubblicious but I will have it in plenty of time for the Blue Dream.

Thanks for stoppin by Bubbler. Bubblers are personal favorite! Yeah man I like to take my time trimming. Definitely harder than doing outdoor like im used to. I had few accidents but nothing too major just couple grams maybe. Buds were really dense so had to take some time trying to get in the knock off some of the bigger trim leaves. But I got couple pairs of good spring loaded scissors I Like to use. Have a piar that are curved that really helped out.

Yea i hear ya! I think 50 percent humidity will be fine. Dont over dry them now!

Yeah I have been checking them regularly. I weighed them today and most of them have lost a little less than 1/2 their weight. The biggest of the buds was 45.0g and now it's down to 24.9g and when I weighed it this morning it was 31.0g so they are dying out quick. They are getting almost dry to the touch so I'm thinking mason jars tomorrow.

Update


So the Blue Dream is almost ready. I'm thinking possibly Sunday I'm going to cut them down. More than 95% of the hairs are orange now and I checked the trichs under the microscope and they are looking like 50/50 clear to cloudy. There is still a little new bud growth going on so I'm going to just keep a close eye on them over the next few days. I have noticed that the buds on BD A are monsterous compared to BD B. So much bigger and thicker! I'm going to try and reveg it to take some clones so probably just leave some the lower nugs on there.


The clones are doing amazing. They aren't getting tremendous growth because I only have them under 4 23w CFL's (2 burnt out about a week ago after like 2 weeks). A lot of new growth and they are all green again. I'm having to move the make shift reflector up couple inches every other day or so. Just added some Great White to the mix and they seemed to like it. Going to start foliar spraying them with the Magic Green here on Thursday. They have roots coming out of the bottom of the pot now too so going to transplant them in to 5 gallon buckets once I can get them in to the tent. The Hero OG looks amazing and is probably been growing the best of the 3. The Tahoe sorta skinny and not a whole lot of side branch growth like the other 2 yet but it will catch up when I get em under the 400w or 600w.

Thanks Sffog. No problem I like to follow other people's grows I have got a lot useful info. I'm interested in the results of the LED's. I don't have the balls at this point to flower with them but definitely looking to start vegging with them once I figure out my living situations.

Thanks Aev smoked couple nugs last night of the Bubblicious with some friends. Couple little nugs that I cut off while trimming and man they tasted sweet even out of a dirty ass bong! Still had a grassy smell but once I cracked the nugs open got a sweet skunky smell to em. Can't wait to smoke some more once they get some cure time.

Thanks for stoppin by and for the rep Stink. Yeah man I am very happy! I had a lot of problems in the beginning and lost 2 plants because of it. I have learned a lot over the last few months thanks to help from RIU vets. I smoked a little of the Bubblicious here over the past few days and it was pretty good but it definitely still needs some curing time.

LOL yeah man I see one too...dunno if it's the same one you see but! Sorta like a bud version of the Statue of Liberty with a beard and those tree things that carried the hobbits around in Lord of the Rings!





Little Update the clones are doing great the Hero OG is 16" already. I keep having to move the lights up every other day a few inches. The Hero got a little streched inbetween one of the nodes but no biggy going to bend it all over here in a little while. I checked out the trichs on both the BD's last night and thinking I'm going to wait few more days. I'm still seeing new growth so might give it the full 10 weeks which will be Thursday. My work schedule is slow this week so I can cut & trim any day except Tuesday so I'm now thinking Wednesday or Thursday. I'll post some pics later tonight.
