Hookd's perpetual - tryin [<- key word] to gro like a pro - 4'x4' 800w HPS Flower Box

Hey guys sorry it's been forever I just really don't have alot of time to be kickin it on here now a days. I have a hard time just watering and taking care of my girls sometimes. lol. But here are a couple harvest pix of my all time favorite buds (Lacey) and some new pix of the flower room as of today. Enjoy.

If you wanna ask questions I'll try to get on and answer them and chat it up. Just had a hectic couple months. haha. I'll try to be on more tho

And all I have is a tiny ass scale. So I'll just be honest and tell you I know no definite weights... lol

I want to just camp out in your flower room. It's very nice. +rep

make sure you have sun glasses in their to protect the eyes.

Lol, I know right. I honestly should start keeping a pair of sunglasses outside for when I gotta check on the girls. Can see better that way. Lol, But yea I still work at the same place. That and all my girls are keepin me way busy! Lol, all I need now is a female who will smoke a bowl with me and appreciate the work I have to put into my other girls... That doesnt seem to exist tho... Lol I cant find a girl that smokes... I get that and my life is perfect! Lol

i got two plants about to enter there 7th week of flower tmmr. Cant wait.

i wear snowboard goggles when looking into my growroom. 400w hps is a powerful bright fucker. i can only imagine 800w.

glad you still got work. i just got a job a few weeks ago doin concrete and masonry, and man it is some hard work but it is good work.
i wish you luck on finding a smoking girl as well. mine smokes just as much as me. im sure you will find one some day

That's a crazy good harvest. I just started up some bagseeds a friend gave me. I got 3 entirely different-looking babies from the same handful of seeds, so I can't tell what's gonna happen. I'l be trying SoG with em, though. Hopefully all my clones won't wither away and die like last time.

They're about 14 days old now, and they already are very distinct from one another. I'm worried about the fat leaf one. The first set looks almost freakish...

lol, I wouldn't worry about a slight PH flux could cause some weird leaf curling wrinkling ect. They look fine to me. Maybe ever so slightly N hungry, but overall good.
Sorry all your clones didn't take. How are you trying to clone? I built a bubble cloner with 5 sites that I can fit 20 cuttings in easy and I've got a 100% success rate since making that switch! BUBBLE CLONERS are the ONLY way to go! That or a sprayer cloner.

lol, Thanks dog. See the thing is I have a staggered harvest goin on. So I'm harvesting just about monthly. But I pulled about 4oz's down in the last month. And will be pulling down around another 4 by half way through January. I do this so I constantly have plants goin in and coming out of flower. But I would guess that I have around a HP growing in the box at any point in time.

Have you thought about doing a SoG in there from clones? I would be curious to see the room filled with LST plants vs the room full of single cola ladies packed in tight and see which yields more.

Fucking nice box, I bet you could fit 2 1k's in air cooled hoods and get some DENSE nugs but it might almost be too much light lol, just throwin ideas out. Anyway liken the setup i think ill drop by here and there to watch for that hydro system i hear about you switchen to.

Haha, thanks man I'd LOVE to have that kinda wattage running!.. I was thinkin about bumpin it up to 2, 6hundy's but we'll see what happens. I May make the hydro switch before upgrading my lights again. These are treating me fairly well.

But yea so as far as hydro goes, I just got some extra money from my second job so I am really really contemplating making that switch quite soon here. What I hear from my other grow buddies is that it's the best decision they've ever made, and I will DEFINITELY NOT regret it!. So that makes me pretty excited and want want to get this ball rolling.
Thing is, I don't know to much about hydro. So I'll be frequienting this sight more often doing some hydro research. I've narrowed it down to 2 possibilities. And that's either going to be DWC or Ebb N' Flow. And I've been leaning towards Ebb N' Flow, but I'm liking the bubble buckets more and more... Check out this link if you have any interest what so ever. I'm thinking of something kind of like this, not exactly though. Thats a cool setup very simple, Im kinda leaning more towards a DIY undercurrent system. Those are amazing!!! ive seeen some HUGE grows using them and they show some mad results. They require more space though, which is why im also stuck on the Ebb&Flow lol.

It's funny you are thinking of moving over to hydro as I have been contemplating doing the same. Since I made my DWC bubble cloner I can't help thinking one or two plants in one of those containers would make nice plants that have very low maintenance. I'm pretty sure after daily watering's with party cups I could go to changing a reservoir out once a week.

Keep us posted if you start a hydro grow. Show us how you build your system. I'm sure I'm not the only one interested in this.

i think 2 600's is a much better decision then 2 1000 watters for sure.
