Bong or bubbler. first bubb broke :(

hey guys.

my first bubbler just broke last night. was trying to clean it and broke the downtube. i have a glass tube rattaling inside the water chamber now. so its just basically a dry piece.

i usually smoke out of my bubbler by filling the bowl and chilling out for half and hour to an hour. sometimes longer.
it was about time to get anew piece anyway.
i was just thinking, will i still be able to chill out with a little glass bong like a bubbler. you know what i mean, just be able to make the bowl last a good hour. like i did with my trusty bubbler.

heres the pic of the bong i was thinking of getting. its 23 cm in height, so its not to big where i cant chill with it in one hand.
what do you guys think? a good buy £25. which is about $38

this is my old bubbler in size and look comparison. should i get that bong or buy a new bubb?

the pretty one is my old one. that broke. i was gonna rebuy, but i thought i should get something new and different. and i also wanted to know if i can chill with a bong in the same manner as a bubbler. seeing as im not going for a large bong.

i like to chill with a bowl of weed for an hour. but im not to sure if a bong will do that. i havent had much experiance with glass bongs. been smoking for a good 5 years but always used to smoke spliffs. only in the last year have i got into glass.

EDIT: oh yer and EHLE are supposed to be aresepctable company that do decent bongs and decent prices. ive only herd good thing about them. thats why im looking at it.

If you have the weed to burn then go for the bong all day bro, but if you are like me where you smoke everyday but don't wanna burn a lot then go for the bubbler. I have a small pipe and I stay high for about 3 to 5hrs with two bowls which means that an 1/8 lasts me for a little over a week where as if I had a bond it would last me about two or three days at the most, I've tried it before, at one point I had about 20+ pipes and bongs and bubblers, mask, vaporizer, steamrollers, etcetcetc...

cheers for all the posts guys. i have decided im gonna go for the bong. and then on my next pay im just gonna rebuy a bubbler too. im gonna buy a bowl and maybe a diffuser too. will be my first proper bong lol. i always found if i took to big hits on my bubbler it would make me cough like a bitch. that was the only one downside. with a bong i can see it being more smooth.

i do like to chil out with my weed. thats why i was going for a smaller bong so it wont rinse my weed so much! i have a spoon pipe, but hem things annoy me. burn your throat to much, cant take that big hits without coughing. and the taste isnt as greaT

I prefer to use a glass on glass bong or perfect my joint rolling skills. I own a bubbler,, but it's not a good one. I would use my bub more if it was better designed

bubblers are like portable wanna-be bongs. Bubblers are better than pipes & are good for the car or boat... but a nice $50 glass on glass decent quality straight tube for the house is where its at.

I like straight tubes because they milk up and VROOM up into the lungs. You can roast and milk a nice bowl.. you cant really milk or roast a fat bubbler bowl though..




@ OP check out a diffused downstem for that! Totally worth it. Makes the rips so much smoother and cleaner

haha hell yeah man... I love bongs... I wasn't smokin for a while for my lung but man second I bust it out again I fuckin fall in love all over again...

I need to invest in a straight tube one of these days, I have a partially straight bong with a small bulb, it works great . . . .

no shit i'm sitting here with my bong in my lap, slowly trying to get through this bowl of volcano hash... I've like barely singed the side of this hash and I'm stonnnnnned. I got like 4 milks out of it and i've got like 7/8ths of the bowl left


Your a hash guy right? You should check out that herb iron man it's a pretty awesome smoking tool, a step above the beeline / bees wax hemp string

yeah I like hash, I got about an oz of it just chillin, high grade bubble...

I like the idea of the herb iron except that I have to be tethered to power.. I want to just get a nice peizo clicking lighter so I don't get that flint ya know... I'm rather simple for that kinda shit nowadays.
