A Problem With My Neighbor

it only takes tops 10 min for a vehicle to reach normal opperating temp. 30 min is excessive talk to him about it im sure he cant be a complete dick............man up walk up to him and be reasonable tell him allright im giving you 10 min a day to warm your peice of shit up in 11 min im comming over and braking your head. ps i hate people that drive big ass trucks unless you use it for work or hauling shit or if you have a big ass boat there is no use for it and you are a compleat asshole.............and dont even get me started on women that drive trucks wow if you cant park it what makes you think you can drive it..........

That's another thing, he never hauls anything. I can understand that people just like trucks and would like to have one though.
 
most people that have them and dont work them dont know how to drive them i think there should be at least a different driving test you need to take to opperate a truck or suv. im sure you would not see as many on the street as far as the sound goes tell him it pisses you off and your not gonna deal with it i had to cheak a naighbor of mine he never fucked with me again.......... just walk out there as soon as you here him turn that shit on and wait for him to come out..........tell him that its inconsiderate and wakes up everyone see how he reacts...........and dont be a bitch about it "do you think that maybe you could possibly" wont cut it say hey is there a reason you got you truck running for 30 min if it only takes 10 how bout you pull it out to the street and and do that your wake me up every god dam morning................if he says some dum shit go with option A: stand behind his truck and wait for cops at least make him get to work late option B: punch him in his mouth up to you

I have thought of that, but I feel that it might cause a physical confintation (possible even with me getting pissed off first) and I would like to avoid that. I'm just trying to find a reasonable solution so that everyone is happy here.

As far as calling the cops, I live in a small borough and there are only a few of them on duty and they are basically worthless.
 
Call the police and tell them there is an abandoned car idling in front of your house. Post a note on a less than desirable area's laundromat that this truck is guaranteed to be running with the keys in it in front of his address...every morning.

thats a good idea. i dont think theres anything illegal about letting people know the guy leaves his car idling in the driveway without him in it
 
you could say you seen him wearing a towel on his head and screaming someothing about virgins and was acting crazy..........if they find nothing say damn he is sneaky.
 
After all else fails, just sue him.

At the very least, he will lose a days pay or he will lose by default. And you now have a judgement that you can try to collect on or better yet, sell the debt to a debt collector and they will hound him for 4 to 6 years.

Revenge is best served cold.

i prefer to stay away from the law in all shapes and forms...let karma take its course...he will prob end up dying from carbon monoxide poisoning or something lol
 
Actually, I do too, they make me nervous. But resorting to damaging vehicles or other extremes is the reason the courts exist. I haven't ever taken someone to court, but I know someone who has.

I live in a no-fault divorce state. This person went to divorce court and told the judge that they loved their spouse and they wanted to work on the marriage. The judge did not grant the divorce! The ex was supposed to get married again right away. Karma, indeed. It wasn't me, I've been married to the same fanastic man for 22 years.
