Does A Drug Test Get Reported To The Government?

I'm on unemployment and went in for a test to get hired somewhere. If I fail will it get reported to my unemployment or government? I don't smoke weed or drink alcohol because of an ulcer but I was cooking it in milk and drinking it. I stopped for over a month but had some for a couple of weeks then stopped again now for over ten days. But I am wondering if I fail does that get reported and can other potential employers find that when they do a background check?

Being a retired manager and responsible for hiring and firing for my section (huge company), we had access to all types of medical records......info can and will be shared if a company really wants to know....If you were sent to a prospective employer by an employment agency, then failed, you're toast. We always reported......
With several products on the market for clean-out prior to drug screens, you really took a huge chance. Asking this after the fact is....?????
