The one in the picture right above Howard looks to have had it's cord replaced. Notice the single molded male plug on the lamp? It is a molded plug, indicating it's been replaced. The lamps appear to be from the 50's or 60's. The 'Made in' marks weren't required on imports until after WWII, which ended in the late 40's. Art Deco style table lamps that are artistic and from the 20's and 30's are highly sought after, however there is virtually no market for full sized table lamps. Even more troubling is that you don't have a pair of lamps, and the condition of the shades is unknown. If I were to place a value on these, I think you might be able to ask about $20-30 for a complete lamp, if it were in great condition. You call those mint, however the condition looks otherwise to me. At auction, you might be lucky to get $5 each.
