Generals Chicken

I take lg red potatoes and slice em in half, then slice each half into about 6 slices. Soak em in salt water for about an hour or so. Drain then and in a bowl combine potatos, oil(enough to coat), salt, pepper, and lots of fresh cut garlic(i buy the big jar of minced). Toss them all together then place them on a pan with raised sides. Bake at 400 till done.

why soak them in salt water, for flavor or does it have something to do with how they cook???

I don't like when they give you that lumpy frired chicken that is questionable. what is that? reconstituted? I've stopped ordering meat from chinese places because it's too fatty.

I've eaten generals chicken from 4 different places in the last two weeks. and it was all fantastic.
generals chicken = AWSOME

I to have been eating it for almost the past week.Im getting sick of it now though.bout to switch back to boneless spare ribs from the chinese store.Anybody ever tried them?

nope dont think I have, I really almost only get genderals chicken, even though theres so much other good stuff... gonna have to hit up a chinese place and get take out tonight. my girl loves chiinese food just as much so she wont even mind if thats what we eat today... again haha though i think some penutbutter chicken some boneless spare ribs and maybe just a side of generals chicken, and a but ton of shrimp fried rice.. will be my dinner tonight. gotta try new things
