I take lg red potatoes and slice em in half, then slice each half into about 6 slices. Soak em in salt water for about an hour or so. Drain then and in a bowl combine potatos, oil(enough to coat), salt, pepper, and lots of fresh cut garlic(i buy the big jar of minced). Toss them all together then place them on a pan with raised sides. Bake at 400 till done.
why soak them in salt water, for flavor or does it have something to do with how they cook???
