£311 will get you 10 grams today. from a gold bullion dealer. Gold bullion dealers sell at .999 purity which is the highest you can get.Hi All, just wondering what would be the best way of investing or buying gold in small amounts say 2 or 300 £/pounds worth at a time, any help would be appreciated..
If you don't buy .999 purity then you don't know how much actual gold you are buying because you don't know how much are impurities.

Nah I'll keep my collection off RIU. But honestly people I work for one of the largest mortgage companies and run foreclosures for them. I have a complete foreclosure list daily with the minimum prices that they will take on properties. With my "silent partners", I have made a killing in the short term in the Midwest and now I'm moving on to Florida for the long haul. When a home that would cost 200k to build is on sale for 40-50k there is no kind of commodity depreciation that can explain that. A board still costs money and so do nails. It is an artificially low bubble and it will bounce back like gold is artificially high and its going to pop soon.DUDE, just show us a Pic of your pistol!! Here is my .45!
All right here are two of my guns. These are the two that stay close enough for a break in.
The rest of my collection is in the safe except for my assault rifle but that stays in my vehicle.

A lot of people miss the point about buying gold. I am not talking about investing, I am talking about holding gold.
To hold gold:
1st - you must buy or mine it. I suggest buying 1 ounce .999 gold coins, one a month to get you started..
2nd - you need to protect your gold. I suggest lots of guns and lots of bullets. (so you can become block captain, when the time comes). NoDrama shows about what you will need to outfit your survival squad.
3rd - 72 Hour survival Kit. You won't live long if you don't get through the first 3 days. After that, it may be long term survival or some military giving you food.
4th - Stock pile, 30 year water, 7 year MRE's, batteries, salt, whiskey, asprin.
5th - if you have room, a couple hundred gallons of gasoline, 10,000 gallons of water.
Watching the Egypt in the news for the last couple of weeks, you can kinda see the scenario.
They shutdown the internet, close the ATM's, no electricity (can't pump gas), police are shooting at people.
You will have what you have, get to the top of the hill for a few days. See what happens

bro i got waaaaaaay more than 3. I have a safe about 3 times that size and its full. I live in a southern state is all i need to say. the 3 i mentioned are for breakins only. handgun and shotty inside and a assault carbine in my vehicle. Forgot to mention the other Wilson Combat Match Series .45 in my console in my vehicle too...... Yah we roll deep in the south.
LOl Yeah I have a serious problem with collecting Firearms, that safe is just my Assault Rifles and Semi Auto pistols, I have another collection of Hunting Firearms in the other safe. Shotguns and Bolt actions mostly and a couple wheel guns. About 58 grand worth of firearms in my home,

oh and as far as survival long term i grew up in the country and know how to live on my own. i now live in a large urban area so i got pretty wise to that now too. i don't have the long term supplies (port generators and whatnot) like i did back in the country but once i get a bit more going i will get a place setup as a bug out point. My gf used laughed at me for having a bug out bag in my vehicle until we were in the middle of watching a person getting carjacked at gunpoint and i was able to stop my vehicle and diffuse the situation pretty easy when they were looking down 2 rifles from 2 people.

i cant post my safe though bro its a matter of security on here. I have my manufacturing markings on the safe and quite a few pieces that i dont feel like sorting through.

Diesel Generators and fuel for 2 months to run them. I grew up a country boy, but also live in the city like you do.

I own guns because they are good investments, if you know what you are doing you can find good deals, hold onto some of the rare ones and you can make some pretty good bank. I bought a Ruger Speed Six Revolver unfired in the ultra rare 9mm auto caliber for $275, I sold it a year later for $1,900. Or the 1903 Browning Auto 5 I purchased for $400 and still hold to this day, I could pretty easily turn around and sell it for over $2500, its serial number is within the first 100 ever produced and it is in Fantastic condition. It is a Browning DBA , which is REALLY just how SIG Sauer was able to get their all new P220 into the American Market since neither SIG ( Swiss Industrial Group) nor JP Sauer and sohns had export license for the USA but Browning had a license and SIG made the first 3 years of Pistols in W Germany ( Before the fall of the wall) in '77-79 and Browning Put their name on them and imported them to the USA. This one is a 1977 example, the 216th model out of the 3600 they imported that year, its in 98% condition and is worth Far far more than what I paid. The guy threw in a Bianchi Leather holster, 4 extra magazines ( The old ones go for $90 a pop) and 300 rounds of .45 Auto ammo too. He also had the Original box, the original bore brush and the original users guide making it worth just that much more.i have tiny penis.
