Went to Gun Range-- Anyone Shot a Gun While High?

This is a sensitive topic so I look forward to opposing and challenging viewpoints I went to the gun range on Sunday and it was one of the best experiences in terms of trying something new. I shot a pistol, rifle and a shotgun. There was minimal screening process at the door of the gun range, and anybody with an ID could get in. Obviously being my first time and being I probably want to be fully alert shooting a firearm, I went sober. But the question did occur whether I would go high. Would you go to the gun range or use a gun while baked? I would like to hear solid viewpoints, so not just yes or no.

i shoot guns almost every day of my life, all kinds pistols,asault rifles, shotguns, and i always get high when i shoot my guns. makes me hols way steadier and alot more consistant hits

Dont think being at a gun range and being high would be a great idea.........but on the other hand if you are out somewhere safe from others its fun as hell......no harm no foul when alone .....or a few friends.........just depends on how well you know firearms I guess........if you never fired one before not a good idea.........if you are experinced then I dont think you would..........if you do shoot a gun high Im not going to put you down about it........its your business.........and think this thread will go nuts from one extreame to the other.............now if you were DRUNK thats a differant story....HELL YEA FIRE THEM FUCKERS OFF.................

very good point pony i grew up way back in the country still live here but i have shot guns my whole life and know my weapons very well and so do my friends, and the closest persone or place we could hit is a couple mountains away so we dont got to worry bout much but shooting ourselves lol

I think you can be high and follow basic safety...........but unexpericed ones will fuck up high or straight LOL...............Ive live in the country most my life and alwasy had a shooting place.........love practicing........I have a couple old black power rifles and 6 shooters I Love shooing when high.........my imagination takes off like I was in daniel boone days LOL............but if I get to fucking High I wind up just sitting there stareing at the target. LOL

I dont know about going to a gun range tho...most dudes that work there are retired LE or wannabe LE. Fortunately I live in a state where we can shoot on BLM property, unless there is a sign posting otherwise. and you can have anything from a .22 pistol to a fuckin bazooka.

to many to list but I carry a pair of matched 1911 mod Colt autos ....my fav for protection.......couple 44 mags.........Delta 10 mm colt python.........old barreta with the 21 round clip........rifle 7mm mag Remmington.........308 cetme .50 cal barrett 30-06 remming ton.. 3 .22 cal semin auto rifles.................several styels of shotguns all 12 gauge except for baby she is a 10gauge and ppl listen when she speaks.......few others here and there.

i got a bushmasters 223 ar-15, sks, couple 22s, three shotguns 2 12 gauge 1 20gauge the one 12 gauge is a riot gun, got 300 wsm and 270 wsm, three 22 pistols, 44 mag, glock 40, old ass 9mm pistol from ww2, 243, 30-06, got a 44 mag rifle that is silenced, sounds like a pellet gun, had to get a permit for that one. got several muzzleloaders and im sure im forgetting a few

if you like your ar 15 check out the cetme 308 its an awesome little assault rifle in a 308 cal.....I love mine..........sold my ar15 to my brothr just to shut up his whineing LOL havent replaced it yet.

in total i have 3 saiga 12g fully converted, 2 ak-47(one arsenal/bulgaria, the other is chinese/norinco) saiga 5.45 converted to assault, 2 ar-15(one bushy with fail zero upper knights armament rails, the other daniel defense m4)K98 yr 1942, mosin nagant yr 1943, PSL-54c romanian "dragunov", Blaser tactical 2 .300Winmag, m1a socom with sage ebr chassis, para ordnance 1911, springfield xd .45, S&W .357 mag, S&W .40 GVE, 2 taurus judges(one 2 1/2in cylinder, one 3" cylinder) i think that's it...might've forgotten one or 2..

awesome line up..........how do you rate the 300mag.....never fired one or been around anyone that has one but nice right ups about it.

it fires great! i havent really fired to many .300 Winmags, but my buddies rem700 in 30-06 kicks way harder than my blaser...ive read reviews that people bitch about the recoil, but i think they're just pussies. I like all the adjustable feature on it..you can really tailor the rifle to your own personal specs.. that rifle is dead accurate, and if i had to snipe some zombies from a rooftop i wouldnt hesitate with that bad boy...although it is a lil heavy shoot standing...i usually go prone with it under a sniper net...my new favorite is this bad boy..m1a socom in .308...fuckin MEAN
