Arizona Growers Thread

hey im in az tucson area... just kinda moved a few months ago... im in

btw does anyone have any clones for sale?

Interesting ...I just posted a reply that suggested that we all gather the courage to get together with the thought of maybe saving money on seed purchases, larger quantities of nutrients, and the like, and I suggested that we could all meet somewhere on a first name basis to discuss it and maybe form an AZ growers group, but the message has disappeared. Did I do something wrong?

I will have a card. I just am curiouse as to how people think it is going to work.

I think they clarified that the caregiver doesn't have to live 25 miles away just the patient. Is that right? If so, would the caregiver have to get his from a dispensary if he was within the 25 mile radius?

Also, is it a 12 total plant limit or a 12 flowering/producing plant limit? I couldn't find that detail anywhere on DES' website. DES sure is disgruntal about having these new laws aren't they.

Anyone who grows has to be 25 miles away, caregiver included. I believe you need to get a cultivators license

As per the azdhs site: A qualifying patient or the qualifying patient's designated caregiver may cultivate medical marijuana if the qualifying patient lives more than 25 miles from the nearest dispensary.

So only the patient is subject to the 25 mile limit, and the caregiver can be responsible for the cultivation.

Yup.....That's the way I read it. So maybe I wil just make my wife my care giver then It never matters where we live. LOL

Started reading the first page and I am with you! It has been my passion to supply high quality medicine to patients in need for as long as I can remember. Just seeing someone that actually benefits greatly from using marijuana is a stupendous feeling. Anyways, I am in San Diego and will be moving to the Phoenix Area. I have already read up on my bills (including my lawyer) and I am under the impression it is almost as lenient an California. As far as caregiving goes. (Being a patient you actually have to have a QUALIFYING medical condition) I am designated as my sisters caregiver as she suffers from Epilepsy. My goal for my growing career is to find a strain or create a strain to better people with Epilepsy. I have seen my sister suffer for many, many years and as of all the drugs she has taken, Marijuana has had the most positive effect. So lets put our heads together and grow some of the best bud the world has seen! PM if you want more info or combine thoughts. :weed:

but shouldn't you put in a cup of water and tap ever day to see if it sinks, then go with the paper towel method. also I've heard of an extremely dilluded bleach % in water may help to fight fungus bacteria ect.

it goes without saying you should only germ strong healthy looking seeds

Dont let bleach anywhere around your grow area until you are cleaning after harvest
