OK...I'll throw in my dos centavos:
LOL, East Coast guy, I'm not laughing at you, but with you. There was a time when I, also, thought that a zip was 28, an elbow 448. That's what we call an "East Coast zip/elbow." When talking to our E Coast friends, we call our nice round 454 a "true" zip/elbow to differentiate.
I don't remember which page it was on, but a couple people seemed to scoff at the idea that the elements could have an adverse effect on trichs? Um, y'all may correct me if I'm wrong, but plant matter whipping against plant matter in the wind and rain, which is pretty certain to happen at least once per season in N Cal, is FUCKING CERTAIN to damage trichomes. I do not believe that this is debatable...try bashing your plants together in a high wind while spraying them with a hose and see if I'm not right. So take that, scoffy scofferton. (Said with a friendly smile...don't get all pissy, y'all.)
I'm with the outdoors club. I like outdoor ganja much, much more than indoor. As the others have said, the high has more staying power. I can smoke a doobie of some class a outdoor in the morning and be high, high! most of the day. The indoor I actually have to smoke all day long, over and over.
As for odor/flavor, well, shit, I like my herb to smell like herb, along with rather than exclusively 'y' (chocolate, fruit, toejam, cornhole, etc). Those things are nice, and I like them too, but I'll still take my herb herby. Mmmm-mmm!
