LED Grow from Cuttings to Finish

Hi all, here's the deal. I just took the plunge and purchased 3 Led lights from Gotham Hydro. First of all they were good prices compared to a lot of others and after speaking at length with them on the telephone, i concluded that they seemed to be very open about what led fixtures can and cannot do.
I first of all purchased a 240watt Blackstar VEG light from them and tested it out on a single cutting for 2 weeks and was blown away by it,the pics are on the thread Kush Groove ......The Black Star. Anyway back to it ! So then I decided to purchase 2 x 500watt Blackstar FLOWERING models from them also, the actual power draw for these units is only 300 watts each. Now for the grow
I am taking 12 cuttings from my Great White Shark and gonna veg them for 4 -5 weeks in a 3ft x 3ft grow tent under the 240watt, I know the flower model is only supposed to cover 2 x 3 but veg models cover more area. The actual power draw for this model is 140watts. I am hoping to keep them short as this particular breed of plant doubles it's size in flowering (at least from my experience under HPS. After 4 - 5 weeks they will be getting moved to my flowering area under the 2 x 500watters in a space 4ft x 5ft

I paid normal price for the 240 veg, I think it was about $280 but because I ordered 2 of the 500's a week laterI got them for $520 each and ordered over the phone so I think it saves them a little bit from using paypay. Anyway welcome along, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I ain't wasted my money

Just bought a 500 watt blackstar for a 3x3 tent. I'm Scrogging em, not sure if I'm doing 4 or 6 Plants yet. I bought mine off eBay after talking to victor. I have the 300 watt 1w from lighthouse also. I'm using that for my veg growbox, after I am done with my current Scrog grow. Pretty impressed with that 300 watter, so I went for their flagship model now. I'll start another journal once everything arrives.

That's great, I am currently finishing off a grow with 2 of the 500watters that I just bought, they had been flowering for 3 weeks with a 600watt hps but the led 's arrived and I just had to try them out, although I am not using that example for a grow journal, I have to say that they are pretty amazing. So onwards and upwards, just waiting for the clones to root so we can continue with this one. Congratulations with ur buy, I don't think you will be dissapointed

Cheers mate. Don't worry I'm doing this grow in real time, I only put the clones in on the 20th into grow plugs so just waiting for the first root to show. Fingers crossed

Subbed! Currently on day 26 of flower with my 270w Enhanced Spectrum Supernova LED from HID-HUT. Third grow with this light and love it. Good luck bro!

Cool Sleezy1 and welcome Chronicdoom, I removed the cover from the clones today for a couple of hours to see if they drooped, they didn't so this is a good sign that roots are developing, it's only been 6 days since putting them in but I have high hopes, my current grow is exploding under the 500 watters but like I said I can't use that as an example of LED performance as they were flowered for 3 weeks under my 600 watt HPS, however I been growing for a long time and I know how all my lady's react to all situations and I am very excited to see this progress, soon as the roots show through the grow plug the camera is coming out peace all x

I ordered the 240 watt just to try it out, and if it performs well, I want to pick up 2 or 3 of the 500s like you have.
I have a 90 watt LED from HTG right now vegging a few plants. It's a good light for a really small area. Once the
plants are done vegging, and under the 240 for flowering, I'll probably sell the 90 watt unit on Ebay. Or maybe use
it keep a couple mothers alive....
Those are all the GWS strain in there? Aren't those from GHS? I have 2 strains of theirs on the way, and a few from a
couple other breeders.
