I think what the OP was saying was - he was gonna give the dude some buds for watching his shit, but he suspects the guy will smoke all the bud he is supposed to be babysitting, and just say someone stole it.

No. He asked if I would let him take care of my plants (I know he would pick a substantial amount). I said no (because I know he's a scummy scumbag) instead I'm giving him uncured (poisoned) bud and telling him how to cure it, and that in return for doing this for me I will give him 2 grams (of good bud, assuming he doesn't smoke the shit I give him and claim he got robbed). The bud I'm giving him to cure is ostensibly strictly for him to cure and return to me, but I know it won't play out like that so in essence I'd be making him sick for stealing from me. Eye for an eye.

Giving him 10 grams to cure while I'm on vacation, then return to me when I get home 10 days later, and in return I would be giving him 2 grams as payment for curing the weed. That amount is nothing to me, and well worth the sacrifice of making him hug a toilet for a week. My intent isn't to do any permanent damage, just make him sick.

Unless you wanna draw up some contracts or video proof, you're literally someone poisoning someone else. If i was him and you'd said don't smoke it and i smoked it anyways, well fuck, that's my legal right. You however don't have the legal right to poison someone. My lawyer would have you arrested faster than you could try and formulate some bullshit story, which judging by what we've read here, would be well, bullshit and you'd be laughed off to jail haha.

What's the big deal about making someone throw up? I ralph at least 3 days a week after 20+ shots, it's not so bad.
