California is to blame for having shitty elected officials in California. California is not to blame for the laws/representation of New Jersey or Rhode Island. That's on them.I'm done with this discussion, it always ends the same way, people in Cali pissed and getting defensive about how it is in their state... It is because of California that patients in Rhode island and New Jersey CANNOT access medicine, even though they have a script.... Simply because legislatures are taking forever in getting everything funded and set up. they keep citing abuses in California... Does that mean it's your fault? Nope....
You're welcome. You didn't regulate or oversee the program. No one is blaming the guy with a cold that got a card... they are blaming a system that allows it to happen under the guise that compassionate use is going on. What is happening in California does get noticed and is talked about in other states.
The people of California did not elect her. Not our fault. The fact is that there are a lot of people, especially politicians who are going to be against medical cannabis no matter what. If it wasn't California they'd be doing the exact same shit except pointing to something else as the problem. In fact, we had a nasty little lady here as attorney general that pretty much said MMJ would come to our state over her dead body, because we were not going to become a California.
It's not about California, it's about them not wanting medical Cannabis. They wouldn't want it regardless of what happens in California.
Your blame is misplaced. California's system works really well for the people of California. It isn't a problem here. The only places there are problems are where the anti-cannabis people create problems. Those people would be creating problems no matter what we do.
