i have 5 PE plants and i was wondering who else has grown PE. my bottom leaves are quite fat like an indica but my bud leaves are long and skinny. anyone have a clue as to what the genetics are of the PE? any help would be awesome

yah, even g13 won't say what it is.. i've had plants that start out with super fat leaves, but they usually tend to thin out as the plant gets older..

i know that there should be quite a few grow journal's on here of pe, and i think that maximus cannabis just grew some out and he has a journal as well if you want to check it out..

thanks guys. i had looked up some grow journals but none really had said what they're smoke was like or whether it took longer than an indica does. and the attitude seeds said it took 7-9 weeks which is pretty much any strain?

i asked someone that was growing it how the smoke was,if it was as great as the rumors,he didnt reply back tho... :/ i just hope its okay i might buy them for my next grow
how old are ur plants?

Ive got 4 PE plants vegging right now havent flowered them yet, Mine seem to be growing a little slower than other plants I have now and have grown in the past. How far along are yours Im probably going to start flowering mine in about 2 weeks

Hey, RB dropped a note that you had some questions on PE. I'm not an expert by far but I have grown and am still growing it.

As far as genetics, it is not well known. Ive read that it was supposed to be a long running Hawaiin sativa that was crossed with some American herb that sped her up, hence the Express. I've found that her leaves start out nice and fat but she thins out as she grows. She is a medium feeder and usually feed between 50 and 75% of manufacturers recommended. I burned her once at 100% but she recovered nicely. My SourSAGE on the other hand with the same mistake withered and died as much ad I tried to save her.

I have found her easy to clone, and finished nugs are nice and compact. She really packs on weight in the last 2 weeks and I always cut her downright at 56 days. The reason they give you a range like that is that most strains have a window. I harvest when insee about 90% cloudy and a few amber, but that's me. Some people like it more amber.

When I cut her down, I smel lemon pledge. I just cut a test down that I was running in a smaller room, and I have some small ones in veg that are getting ready. Ill post some pics later if I'm not baked.

Smoke is great. This is one of the few strains I take nose hits with because like the scent. You have to cure her to get the smells. I would give it a week in the jar and u touched. Just wait till she's nice and dry, jar her up, and let it sit in the dark for a week, burping once a day. By the end of the week you'll get that strong citrus smell.

She's a good plant to keep around and practice with. Very forgiving, very easy to trim, and the buds look like you see in the magazines.

mine are in their third week of flowering. check out the sig, that is my current grow. I topped one and the other ones i decided to lst at first then i said fuck it and just let it grow after a while

yeah thanks for the info, maybe I will cut down two of my big girls and leave one of the bigs and both smalls to see if it will keep producing buds after the 8 week mark. its funny those leaves look exactly like mine very jagged

yeah thanks for the info, maybe I will cut down two of my big girls and leave one of the bigs and both smalls to see if it will keep producing buds after the 8 week mark. its funny those leaves look exactly like mine very jagged

Yeah I use Overdrive and the buds literally exploded in week 6 and 7. She gets like a second wind. You have to wait for it.

Cool Ill check it out mine are pretty much same way I topped 2 of them to get clones and the two clones I am just letting grow naturally good luck in the grow Im gonna be subbing up to see how it goes

Ran a run of PE through my vertical system in my sig and I'm pretty impressed with the final results.
Mine seemed to have had the fatter leaves in veg and thinning out leaves as well though never really
noticed until I just read what you put. My cuts were super easy to grow and even at 1500ppm didn't
burn during peak of flower. Mine had a good amount of growth and weight towards the end as well
but I was trying out some heavy PK boosters and figured that had a lot to do with it.

It's a super heavy high and I gave a cut to a friend who runs a dispensary and he said he's keeping it
around as it's easily one of his top 10 smokes he's gotten his hands on.

that shit is beautiful! i hope i get something close to that.. too bad i only veg'd 3 weeks. and gots a 600. sooo much to learn so i shall read and read
