this is my first year taking clones and i just carry a butter bowl to the woods with a lid halfway full of water and have kept them in there for up too 3 hours, But im getting pretty good at it i think. Now my swiss cheese doesn't clone very well, But the NL and aurora indica clone great my NL's did it seven days and by day ten was growing good. I use rapid rooter's and that has helped out my success rate alot i believe but i put the rapid rooter in a 8oz Styrofoam cup and put a clear 16oz cup over it and just dip the rapid rooter when they get dry i also use super thrive but i don't know if it help's but i have it so ima use it...lol.

i have a little lst project goin on a aurora clone im thinking of flowering indoor's under cfl's. Ant's got into one of my plant's and stunted the growth bad so i cut it up into clones only one took and the leaves are wierd looking but it's growing great. I like the LST thing it's pretty kool.

Well i haven't been out in about a week or 2 ,

the kids are out of school so it has limit the times i go out

we have had really shitty weather these past few weeks nothing but storms every day or at least every other day

the sun is poking its head out this mourning so i went out and checked on them

i was not happy at all

only 1 royal hash out the 3 is growing nicely

the other 2 are just long and lanky

also the gas finally wore off ( all these constant storms i guess )

but their was a deer print and the royal has that is doing good had 2 branches that was eaten completely off

i cant buy any type of deer repellant untill next friday , hopefully it wont get eaten all up by then lol

the N.l is still beautiful , she is just growing like a big bush or shrub

i took some pics , but its hard to make out the N.l cuz its really blending in

also i ordered this t5 set up this mourning to put in my old little micro cab

go to a barber shop and ask them for hair clippings for your tomato garden

My dog almost just died from tick borne illness he got from our hikes into the woods. Had both rocky mountain spotted fever and anaplasma. Apparently anaplasma is becoming pretty common in NC so make sure you give yourself the good once over when you get home.

If you spray the bottom and all of your shoes w/ 40 to 100% DEET. It really works I have a "Scent Free" Deet that I put on my hunting boots this time of year to scout and when bow season comes in for deer I use it on the bottom of my boots and knock on wood did not have any ticks last deer season and haven't gotten any off me this year scouting (except one time forgot to put it on and found one in the private area later that night) Looking great by the way!!

Either hair,"human water"(fill a gallon milk jug half way with piss and poke holes in the top half that way the rain won't wash it away and the deer will smell it), or even better a dirty pair of underwear laying on the ground 10-15 yards from ur setup will scare any deer away!! But this time of year they arent that spookey but soon as that velvet starts to fall off the antlers they get ghost (Turn nocturnal)

No he means you dont see them during the day and they move around at night mostly. Ticks like hairy dark warm areas of your body hahaha not so fun we have the little ones over here so fucking hard to see and find on a dog:-( Have you been having a deer problem?

Whats up slim ,

yea i have had a slight deer problem

their was a deer print by my plants and 2 branches was eaten off of one of my royal hash plant

i guess deer likes the plants that has that potent order to them cuz that one royal hash plant has a nice danky smell to it

to were the others just has a faint smell , and N.l plants dont have strong odors anyway so hopefully my bush is safe


Also

i went back out today just to look at them and i found female pre flowers on that one royal hash that i thought was gonna be a male

so all 4 are females ( yippee ) :)

i also transplanted 2 small clones in the other 2 spots i had , 1 royal has , and 1 N.l ( both females of course )

hopefully the will take to the new environment , but i honestly do not think their gonna survive

i just put them out and now its raining some , we have a big storm coming :(

but fuck it , i still got the other 4 :)

well its gonna be a while before i get to the hair cutting place to get some hair so this is what im gonna do in the meantime

Now this is very nasty i know

but the next time i got to take a shit im gonna go out their and shit close to my plants lol

hopefully that will be a strong enough human sent for those damn deers lol

what works well is pee haha i had this problem in the past and urine will keep away deer, racoons and foxes,

its the next best thing to coyote urine cuz it's free lol

I dont have honeysukles where im at , well where my plants are

but they are around , just to bad their not around my plants so they will eat them instead lol

I piss around them every time i go out

but its not like im pissing gallons out their lol , the rain just washes it away and we have been having a shit load of storms here
