Thats above my bath, hehe, converted second bathroom into a grow place, that's just half the grow because next lot is getting placed next to these, four weeks later as I'm going for the perpetual 4 week sog grow, as you can see from the previous photos, I am only using one of the blackstars at the moment as the other is waiting for the next lot of babies in about 3 weeks. So I have 13 plants in at the mo and another 9 clones waiting to root and then veg for a couple of weeks. Like I said at the beginning , this is going to be honest unbiased growing from the blackstars and if they don't do what they say on the label then I'm gonna become an LED hater

I like your grow. I am in the process of trying something new. Im setting up an NFT system, and i believe i want to go with a SOG method. Can anyone recommend a good strain for SOG. Im currently growing Blue Widow, and my only comlaint is its size. It gets to tall to fast.

Hi buddy, great SOG plant that I'm thinking of trying that I found here this morning while scouring the net, Nirvana seeds feminized papaya. Short plant good quality and high yield. Here is the link if u have trouble finding it

They on target i think bro exp since u have 5 weeks left, and it doesnt help when we look at them 5 times a day lol, u cant notice any changes...

Dunno whether anyone is still following this grow but here are the girls 30 days since I switched to 12/12. I'm actually starting to feel optimistic about this grow now as I believe the buds have gone about 3 to 4 times larger in the last 9 days and I'm starting to think that these blackstars may actually do the job they were designed for. Anyway, any thoughts ?
Absolutely beautiful. Now you have me completely rethinking my approach going into my first grow. Probably still gonna go my first round with a 1000W HPS/MH but grow 2 i think im going to jump into LED. Maybe start the same strain in two different tents under the different types of lights and see which one does better.

Looks great Max. I have 2 grows with 2011 Blackstars and both were superb. You will not be dissapointed. Great job.

Hi billcollector99, yeah all the growth under the canopy is lush, just a few of the leaves being leeched by the plants plus lots of little nuggets. This great white shark strain is 8 weeks so only another 4 weeks to go, still I feel like this led thing is a whole new ball game for learning a different approach to growing. My impression so far is lots of smaller plants instead of fewer large ones is the only way to go with led for max yield, still, we're all learning

Hi guys, well here is day 37. Just put the other half of the grow into flower for the 4 week perpetual grow. Up to now I am quite pleased with the progress of the first lot on the right hand side but now I am thinking that maybe on the next run I am gonna go for even more small plants as I think this is probably the best way to go with led to maximize the yield, but I am learning. Not much more to add but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's gonna all be good.
