I colonized the substrate in the jars, then soaked the cakes overnight, then placed them into the fruiting chamber (large plastic tub with lid, holes screwed all over for ventilation, 2-4" moist perlite. temp 75F, humidity 85% using heating pad). I don't think I uderstand your setup. what all is in the fruiting chamber? and you do colonize the substrate in jars, correct?
