Don't use T-5's for rooting cuts...they're too bright. I use a cheap flouro grow light. Why 96 cuts? What is your total plant count in bloom? It looks like about 100. In that case you just veg 50 plants every 30 days. Feed half the bloom room every 30 days. 2 big T-5's could veg 25 plants each.
 
Yea the bloom count is 96 and the reason I wanted to be able to do it all at once together is because I built the tables low leaving me with 5 feet between the lights highest point and the base of the rockwool cube. Because I built the table and drain system so low the water in the reservoir can only get 10 inchs high and because I need such a big resevoir (I was thinking 150-200 liters) and could not get a tub like that unless it was huge and taking up alot of space I decided to use a small reservoir with one pump and a float sensor connected to growtronix that turns the pump on and pumps water into the main big reservoir once the water is a few inchs about the first pump. Splitting the drains into two separate systems and two separate reservoirs would be a pain but I guess I would have no other choice. Can you think of any solution for this drainage problem? I'm thinking I'm gonna need to use two reservoirs with two separate smaller reservoirs with float sensors and pumps for a total of four reservoirs (two small and two big) and four pumps ( two for receiving water from drain and two to pump back to the sites).

I leave that one to you. I don't recycle water using rockwool. I also don't use ebb and flow with rockwool. I do all top feed drain to waste.

You could do it with one res. The only problem is that you won't be able to use different nute solutions for the plant's different stages of growth in bloom (not a huge deal), and you'll have to flush by hand when the time comes. Although, flushing should be done via top feed.

It would be better for your small veg area to just have to provide half the plants at a time. I'm sure you could veg 100 plants in there. You'll just need to use alot of shelving. BTW, when I use T-5's I grow with a 2' x 4' tray under the same sized light. They say you can grow 4x4 under a 2x4 light, but that's bullshit. If you want tight node spacing and a good strong veg, all plants must be under the light...not off to the side. That being said, I think you can get between 20 and 25 plants under each 2x4 T-5...better figure 20. That means 5 T-5's for veging. Another single T-5 will take care of mothers. The mother light does not need to be as intense as the veg lighting...meaning you can light a 3x4 space with a 2x4 light.

I get 30 clones in each 10"x20" clone tray, and 2 trays under each cheap flouro grow light. So, you'll need 2 lights and 4 trays for clones. Those should be on top shelves for heat. Taking 120 cuts to end up with 96 is a good safety margin.

So, you can do 96 plants at a shot. Just don't get greedy with the veg space and crowd anything. Crowded plants in veg will give you low yield in bloom.

FYI, I live in cali and have a basement. I love it! Easy to get the temps where I want by running the lights in the evening. If i could only figure out how to lower my temps while the sun is out and my lights are off without a/c....

LMAO. Yeah...let me know if you find a way to cool down a grow op without A/C.

i have a question if anyone wants to answer would be pretty cool i have just installed a portable ac. now my question is should i turn off my exhaust fan? i still have my inlines bringing in fresh air constantly,but when i feel the end of my exhaust its just bringing all my air conditioned air out thus not letting the ac cool to its potential,so since my ac is venting hot air out should i just turn off my exhaust or just put on timer and run it for say 5 minutes an hour????? and answers would be awesome thanks guy figured i would post here instead of being a douche and starting a new post just for that lol
 
Hey greenthumbsman

Your plants needs fresh air if you are not using c02 so if your Ac unit is not bringing the temp down because your exaust fan is pumping air out you could turn the fan around to bring in fresh air and use your portable unit to exaust old/hot air. This way you can leave your Ac unit on as long as or takes to cool the room down and your inline fan will always be bringing in fresh air with co2 for the plants.

ya thats they way i have it now i leave ac on 24/7 78 with lights on 70 with lights off and using my exhaust as my inline now so bringing in fresh air workin perfect!!!!! thanks for the post man i apprec it

Juat keeps the cost down. eliminating extra fans to move air, ice boxes, chiller, res, hp pumps, pvc fab...so on. when 2/3 of that cost will power plenty of internal a/c system, such as window shakers.. Ice boxes only add to your himidity (even more when your lights go off and the boxes adjust to temp. they let off major sweat
