I dont think a 400w really does that much damage to a bill, nothing that regular tv or computer use wont cover

So after yesterday's power failure, everything is up and running. I got 2 days of pics and the first fan leaf is getting huge!!!
Gonna call my buddy tonight and see if the Blue Cheese clones are rooted yet. Oh and thank god for football season! (Even though I couldn't watch last nights amazing game due to the black out!)

Day 9, I watered yesterday with tap water that sat out for 48 hours. This go round I'm using garden lime so I don't have to ph my water. The tap runs at an 8 around here. keeping a journal of my feedings to help with any deficiencies. More pics!!!

Looks nice, i'm running on cfl lights, and your plant is a tad bit bushier. When did you start this grow?

Started in the tent 10 days ago. I also started my nutes the first week, cause the super lemon haze likes alot of nutes. But yeah it's amazing the difference between this new 400w and my old 250w. This plant will be a beast!!!

1000w hps gh-floranova nutes keep it simple recirculating schedule e&f rockwool blocks & slabs i did 4 similar grows & im thinking serious about ordering more for future grows everyone loves the stuff im currently doing a soil grow of sannies killing fields which is nice but i would like to have slh in the house by new years by popular demand

Yeah my buddy I got the clone from is running the 1000w with SLH and Blue Cheese. Still haven't gotten over there to get the Cheese clone.

ps i did my first grows with a 400 w hps & ran 4 plants it worked fine i now run a 600w & 3x3 tub & a 1000w & a 4x4 tub i keep my 400 as a spare i veg with a t-5 & then veg under the big light for about a week but in your case the 400 w. isnt bad on the power bill i run both of my lights & keep my power bill around $170 +- a month i clone when i flip my light 12/12 then grow them in rockwool blocks under t-5 while my room finishes i dont keep a mother plant here is pics of my 2ft. 4 bulb t-5 im gonna build it a cabinet & use it to keep both rooms going i also have jackberry & ak-47 in the works but the slh is really where my hearts at & i cant wait to get bact to it also here is a couple of pics of my current 600w soil killing fields grow i hope you get as much fun out of your slh as i did mine

Day 10. Chargers Win and my baby is looking great. About to head over to my buddy's house and see about that clone.
Also picked up some P-91 from my local shop. This brings back memory's of high school. I will find a clone of this and it will be glorious!

Just got some fem. SLH seeds. Does anyone know if this is a pretty stable plant or does it have a lot of phenotypes?

Just got back from my buddies and the blue cheese clones haven't rooted yet. He wasn't kidding when he said up to 2 weeks to root. So at least 3 days before I get a clone.

I have 4 SLH in flushing right now before I chop them... All 3 are very different in characteristics.. I got one reallllly Indica looking plant... one super sativa... that was a bitch btw... just grew soooo big.. the other 2 are a mix that look great and grew the best.
I hope ya got those.
I currently am waiting for my vegging plants to get about 1 ft before I chose the mothers.

jonny, she is looking awesome.... If your temps are running a little high, their is a trick to temporarily fix the problem.
Put frozen bottles of water around your Pot. Marijuana can thrive in warmer climates with a cooler soil, and in Colder climates with warmer soil.

i got 4 phenos of slh out of a 10-pack of seeds 1 grew big dense buds 1 grew golf ball type buds & turned purple 1 grew small nugs & didnt yield & the last grew stringy , airy buds that were quite large all 4 phenos were sugar sparkled & similar in flavor not a dud in the bunch

I grew 3 out and it had two different phenotypes for sure. One grew beautiful with huge fan leaves and the other one grew more of a thinner sativa style fan leaf I know SLH is a sativa but you know what I mean the one with fat huge fan leaves was of course the one that yielded more.
I love SLH definitely a keeper I need to grow it out again and clone.
