Stiff Neck ~ Use 1-4 oz of sugar leafs and olive oil in a crock pot on low for 12 hours. Strain and keep 3/4 of oil in dark cool like fridge. Warm small amount of oil and apply to where ever you hurt !

Tiger Balm.... a spicy hot ointment used for the skin. Avoid contact with eyes.

That stuff is a godsend. It's got camphor, menthol and cloves in it... I think. It's amazing. I have deep muscle pains after too much ballet and I rub myself with this stuff all fucking over. Feels wonderful and warm.

Better than icyhot or deepheat as it doesn't burn the skin so much.

It was a serious struggle laying down that night. Then I was forced to do more stretching. Fortunately my other side was loose so I was able to keep relieving the pressure I would create in my neck during stretching.

Today it in really feeling much better. I still have some weakness on that side and will continue regular stretching daily until it passes. Thanks
