Great advice man... I'm actually gonna be taken a bunch of cuts from the big ones this weekend to even it all out, and then I will get the lights super close.

On the West Coast (AZ)

OH MAN!!!!!!!!! Mine are just starting to blow up a little...hehehehe those colas are like half way or BEYOND!!

Not much longer til you have a happy harvest, im harvesting my first ones on my birthday, which is kinda soon.... KINDA.

I need to post updates.

I also will be adding another 400w hps to the flower room this week, so the last three weeks the ladies will get 800w! I'm excited for that!

Quick update...

Sorry no pics on this one.... I dropped and broke my camera so I'll be ordering a new one off of amazon within the next week or so and I will have even better pics than before! ( Thinkin' about a cool pix or a powershot ) something along those lines...

Anyway back to update...
My buddy hooked me up with a 430w hydrofarm hps ballast and 430w bulb...
It's a old school one so it's up to me to find a reflector/socket that will work with this ballast. I really wanna find one asap so I can get this thing up and running...

At 6 or 7 weeks (I think) I chopped my biggest bubba kush today... it was sickly and there was just no saving it so I will be making butter.
It gave me 124g wet, so I'm pretty sure that'll be enough for a nice batch of bubba butter...

Still have about 2-3 weeks til I'm harvesting the smokable stuff! Stay Tuned! :joint::mrgreen:

kmk: can I ask u when you flower do you turn the lights off at the exact same time everyday. I manually do this for mines and sometimes I'm 5 - 15 mines ahead or behind time. But I've been doing this for 6 days and I dont see not 1 sign of anything letting me know she's flowering. Can someone let me know if the lights have to go off at the EXACT same time everyday?

You should get a timer.... Home depot, lowes... etc.

Any thing can stress a plant, even if it's not painfully obvious....


For a GOOD grow, you should have an accurate timer for 12/12 or 18/6..... and you should also have an area that can get completely dark for LIGHTS OFF... even a crack of light could stress out your plants and make them hermie...

Timers are too cheap for your question to even be pertinent. No offense of course!

I got a cheap mechnical one, works great. Can get them on Amazon for less then 20 bux:)

I have a digital timer for my flower room and a 3$ clicky one from walmart in my veg room...

Some updates... Sorry no pics I will be ordering my camera next tuesday and have nice bud porn once again, as I'm only about 2 weeks from harvest now...
I did harvest one of my bubba kush at 6 weeks cuz it was dying I got 40 grams dry and used it all to make butter... I got two cups of bubba kush butter that came out great.
I have a batch of bubba kush chocolate chip coconut cookies in the oven right now...

I also got my 2nd 400w up and running, although I still need to build/buy a reflector for it... so now the flower closet is running 2 400w HPS! Super excited about that one...

Hell yea. I'm gonna wait for the weekend to eat them though, but gonna pass them around to some friends...
