it depends on the size of the plants. i have a 4 foot 6 tube system and i can fit about 5 plants if i'm using 3 gallon pots. if they are in their starter pots i can fit a lot more. basically just set up some pots and see how much room they take up.Is a 2tube 24w t5 light unit enough for 3-4 plants in veggie stage?
it's really difficult to say for sure. the dimensions of your tent and the size of the pots seem to be a decent fit, but i'm not sure if the 4 tubes will cover everything after they take off. to really get the most out of a t5 setup you will want to do some training to maximize your canopy, and that training can encourage horizontal growth, for which you will have limited space in that tent. if you are blooming in a separate space i would suggest starting with fewer plants than you think you can fit in your veg tent. then, if it turns out you can fit some more you can just start them later, and have a semi-perpetual going with plants in different stages. if you start off with too many and have to cut the veg time short you'll be pretty disappointed. My tent will be 2ft x 2ft x 6ft so enough space for 4 plants with pots being 10.5" in diameter or is that too crowded?? and there is enough room for 2, 2tube 24w t5 light units, would this be enough for light during veggie?
Cheers
