In most cases, when the little guy, or larger guy gets busted..the story they tell is far different than what took place.

If he was truly in compliance, he'll have no problem in court. He'll win, and would possibly be compensated for the actions of the police.

Every case of "police abuse" I've investigated..and I investigate and study a lot..usually are not cases of police abuse....they are cases of someone stretching the law for personal gain...be it as simple as wishing to grow outdoors, or have their grow in the house, but not in a secure locked facility.

And they almost always result due to a complaint by neighbors, or the lack of discretion shown by the "victim"..

Again, you say you can find these cases "all over"..post some links..I'll donate to the defense fund when I see one that has merit.

You disproved nothing..you posted a one sided story..with tons of hard to believe accusations about the cops (the taking the kid over laundry thing) and go" SEE all the time..fucking pigs.".Hey..cops go over board..remember Rodney King? But you want every one sided story you can find to suffice as "proof". I'm not desperate..I see that story and wonder what really happened..there is obviously more to it. You see that story, and with no further desire to know all the facts, Grasp it as a banner for your cause...that would seem to be a more desperate response to me.

You offer no insight as to how to improve anything..no suggestions as to how to make medical cannabis have a smoother transition into society, and I'm the bad guy because I ask you to help?

By the way..did you notice that I didn't have to use any personal attacks against you to counter your argument? Those personal attacks you like so much don't help anyone see your side.

Check out the "raided in Oakland county" thread...there is a first hand account, by the guy raided, saying how the cops were actually quite nice to him...other than the hassle of the visit.

Can I now say "see, cops never do bad, it's proven" ...of course not.

Just the fact that you would start a thread named " My favorite things to hear when caregivers get busted", shows exactly where you stand and what type of person you are. Youre the type of person that thrives on misery. It must suck to get your kicks from others getting busted. PLEASE go away. Nobody wants you here!

Did you read the post or just the Title?

Did you notice that most of the examples about what they say to defend themselves are pretty accurate, and show great ignorance on the part of the person saying them as a defense...

The very simple point, that you seem to have missed, is that if you stay withing the law, don't stretch the limits..you won;t get busted.

there is even a first hand account of a raid following a complaint, where no charges were filed.

Never gone back and changed a post (other than maybe spelling) For the life of me can't figure out what you mean by "google hound"...

If you mean I use google to do research..well hell yeah, it's the search engine to the world wide web of information...if you still trying to say my pics are from google...thanks, you must be impressed by them. But they are not from google.

He said feds dont bust small grow ops. I disproved him with something that happened to me in real life not to long ago.
Just because hes to hard headed and cant simply see that he has already been proved, shows his incompetence and ignorance.

OHhh bob you are so full of it. Just last night on the thread about "why are they closing diapensaries" you had commented to me with another of your ramblings, I read it, and responded to it. at 4:03 you responded back. I responded again. At 4:20 you went back and changed almost your entire post. Almost every other one of your posts is "edited" 10-12-15 minutes back. Guess I will have to cut and paste all your "original" comments that I see and watch you change. Gigs up BOB, GO AWAY COP!!!

Yup, I've run a chainsaw..never had 600hp..I'm into Stock appearing musclecars...My 72 Demon took won Silver at the mopar nats...had two 69 darts also (not at the same time) and yes, towards the end of my career, I did spend some time at my desk.
