DA says I have a strike but I didnt plead to a strike. please help

this is wat i think. i think my lawyer was told by the da that i have a strike and he went along with it. now that im saying i dont have one i think my lawyer is questioning if the da is telling the truth or not. my case is stuck its not moving forward until they find the transcripts. they recently switched over to a new compter filing system and are having trouble finding my old transcripts. oh my would i be lucky if they couldnt find them. the piece of shit d.a would be so mad....thats karma if you ask me.

My understanding of the Cali 3 strikes law is that it has to be all the same thing in other word three thefts three drug charges or three assaults etc... not one assault, one theft and a drug charge or the like How can they call that habitual if you don't commit the same crime. But I might be wrong.

no i had a strike so they say 10 years ago when i was a juvinile. i dont have any strikes that i know of. and there are many adds on craigs list. i was not the only one that day.
