billy you got a point. they obviously want to put me away. time for a new county new judge god forbid that happens but that comment you just made got me thinking
I was laughing so hard after I read this post, especially the bolded parts, because I was thinking the exact same thing! I have to think that this is a joke thread showing noobs how not to think, otherwise its just sad...Let's see if I have this right. You went to prison but you don't know if you got a strike? You may have gotten another strike by selling grass on craigslist and delivering it to Taco Bell? You are already planning your 3rd strike for when you get out?
You are the kind of person that makes the marijuana stereotype actually hold water.
I pulled my journals and stopped posting on this site after reading this ridiculously stupid thread. Caught selling grass @ Taco Bell from a Craigslist ad where you listed your number? I'll bet the DA called some of his friends, had some cocktails, and laughed their ass off over this case. Hell, they may have enjoyed a vaporizer.
this post sounds to me like a third strike, assuming you have 1 already, and are being charged with a second now....ill tell you this much tho they think there going to hold me down there going to turn me into a beat cause when i get out im blowing up. I have 2 places to put 7 lights in one and 3 in the other and those are on lock even when im in jail cause family lives at the grow houses but when i get out its fucking on. im going to get in the 30 light range and pump out 20 pounds of out door every season..... yeah sounds gud but the only thing i could think of would be how much work it would be. i can barley hold down two grow houses and take care of my kids and girl. id have to hire a employee. and you know how hard a right hand man is to find
Unless you get real people on the jury. I would never convict someone of selling marijuana, I don't care if they had it on video tape. It's a fucking weed. If I was part of a jury I could not live with myself if I sent someone to jail or prison over a plant. I realize that is not always the case, but if I was on the jury you could rest assured I couldn't convict someone who commits a victimless crime. For a one year sentence you can be eligible for at home monitoring in six months. It was a non violent crime. Don't risk a jury trial. Judges hate it when you do that. You will get a harsher sentence, believe it. Plead guilty and six months you can do standing on your head. It ain't nuttin. I believe it's your best bet but I'm not a lawyer.
