i doubt it.
i would think we could say "offer what you can" and we'd get more then what we need. knowing who is involved i feel safe predicting this.

You can't get a better deal then that!
I agree with FDD, the funds should be the least of our problems after meeting everyone on the 10th. Do you know how much of a buzz this will generate knowing there is going to be a 4/20 event right on the river with all kinds of room for camping???
I say make a list like Fumble did when she put together the "to get list" for the 12/10 BBQ we had, but make this one a "paid list" that way we can all keep tract of who's paid, and we can all see what is needed if all the funds aren't there. If there is "over funding" we as a community can decide how to spend the excess funds....food, extra lodging, boat rental, band, D.J.,.....who knows?

Sign me up, for whatever you guys decide like I said I dint care how much it costs I just want to party with the best
i do have a paypal account but i use it actively. i do ebay and glass sales so i have a lot of money coming in and going out. i'm high and would hate to get confused. if someone has a paypal account that they don't use much it might be better. i'd hate to spend $200 of camping money on an antique fishing lure. or maybe i wouldn't, you know how ebay can be. 
if it comes down to only me, i can figure something out. i do have a notebook i could keep track of everything in. i haven't screwed anything up yet.

I've been thinking about it a little more. How about we do this? The first 100 to pre-pay $30 get in. After that it's $40(subject to availability). The first 100 people may decide we don't want any more people.
If 75 people pre-pay I'll buy a pig & roast it!
The $30 is just for the use of the space, everything else is extra. Any extra money that comes in we can spend on food & other supplies.
I'll talk with you about this on thurs FDD, & I'll get a formal sign-up post going right after the holidays, first of the year.
