How do you put the holes for drainage in them?I get my 5 gallon pails from out local Burger King. They throw them away. A friend works there and told me about it. They are pickle buckets.

Pocket knife, steak knife, hammer in nails and then remove them.... I can think of several ways. A drill is a necessary item in life you should just go buy one. $30 at walmart gets you a black and decker and all the bits you need.I don't own a drill... If I were to buy one, then I might as well not be cheap and get restaurant buckets. So I was wondering if there was an alternative way?
yes i believe your right.A drill is a necessary item in life you should just go buy one.
Drill is a fundamental tool, and they're not expensive at all. If you do any kind of manual work around your house this is a necessity. But I don't own a drill... So if I had to buy one, then I might as well just go ahead and save some $ by buying the pots themselves. So I was wondering if he had an alternative way?
i stare holes in minewith a drill obviously

No offense, but if you can't figure out a solution to simple things like how to add drainage holes to a 5 gallon bucket then growing marijuana probably isn't for you.How do you put the holes for drainage in them?
