Indoor tent/room, white or silver?

Hello peeps, new 2 this and thinking of having a little set up. An indoor tent just 1.2x1.2x2.0. But what i want 2 know is whats best 2 go for, a silver 1 or a white 1 (inside)?

Mylar lined would be best. So i guess silver, but only if it is mylar. If it is foil or anything else that isnt mylar than flat white would work best. You want to stay away from glossy paints as they absorb more light than they reflect. Hope that helps

Yeah. But painting white is usually easier to deal with, last longer, and is more cost effective than hanging mylar.

Hi I did research of light reflection, focused on bulbs, reflectors, ballasts and also grow tents. I thought that silver is better too. But in test I found that white is much better.
