Bigbaby, how close do you have your cfl's?? I have had mine within 1-3 inches from the start and I have noticed when I move them away it gets bigger..well taller that is.these are my babies at 39 days from seed.. u need to let ur lady get more oxygen to the roots.. your soil is too compact around the root system promise if u go to ur local hydro shop get u a brick of coco 6.00 bucks at most places.. throw it in some coco u can use it exactly like soil but it works even better in hydro and im using all cfls ..topdrip or dwcView attachment 2026297View attachment 2026298View attachment 2026299
I hear you on that. I wouldnt transplant, its so small. when you raise the light they "stretch" for it which is not neccessarily a good thing. I would feed them at like a 1/4 strength maybe less. something that is very important is to make sure the soil dries out enough before you water again. with your size pot that could mean a week.lol yea prob. I gave the rest of my beans away a while ago and kept one. This one is the bastard one. I'm not looking forward to transplanting as I don't want to shock it anymore. Also I would have to buy another pot and more soil and its funny how thats not in the budget right now. Really not expensive at all but even that much I really don't have to spare. Rent and shit all at once. . but I'm gonna switch it to 24 hours just to speed up growing. At this point I'm really not trying to do everything the way I would want but gotta sacrifice and make due with what I got.
Also what do you say about feeding...just for the hell of it. 1/4 strength, or even 1/8
If this plant has a root system that large OR roots growing down the sides. I am pretty sure it is the latter now, it is because the medium is too dense. The roots can only get througn the softest layer of medium at the top as it dries out.I noticed the roots are starting to show a little on the bottom of the pot. I think it is a 5 gallon maybe bigger so I can't believe it's still that small with all that root growth.
A cannabis plant is a terrible thing to waste...If it were my plant I would take it and throw it in the fireplace... problem solved
