please, it so broke it isn't even worth debating. Any simpleton who understands basic economy can tell you why a tangible valuable item is worth more for the backing of a currency than an illusion.

Not hard, I got a suit at JC Penny, it fits great, the salesman knew his shit. I think they give him too big suits so he doesn't look so frail.
I know, those same credible economists said there would be no crash, that housing was great and long live the almighty dollar and gold was a barbarous relic. All the while we had a crash, a depression, gold gained 500% in price and housing just closed out its worst year EVER!!
Credible.
I use some barbarous relics still, like the broom and bread.

Your right, we need a president capable of 4 minute miles and able to shoot a M-60 machine gun with a single hand. Assassination skills would be useful too, also the ability to do one handed push ups.

the us presidency hits its occupiers hard obama in comparison to ron paul is a spring chicken yet it has visible aged him
i realize ron pauls plan for presidency is not to do much apart from closing everything but even so hows he gonna hold up for the 4 years?
So what does his looking frail have to do with being president? That is my point, I wasn't trying to straw man your argument, you just failed to catch the nuanced purpose of my post. Lets not forget how old and frail FDR was, many people would put him up there in the top few presidents of all time. Dr. Paul can even walk on his own and stand on his own. FDR couldn't.
And his plan is to close everything? I think his plan is to run things the way the constitution says to, which includes many functions that would stay open. How has he held up in all those terms as a congressman? Barry didn't have much time as a senator before he was President, he stepped into a huge mess and can't get out.

fdr was a bit before my time and im not american but from what i can gather on wiki is that he wasnt so much old as physically impaired due to illness (now i realise he died youngish but that wasn't guaranteed) he seemed to beable to make a large effort to show himself to be strong and hid that he couldnt walk but i wasn't there for that argument
ron paul is just plain old and it does show obama has physically aged in his term how would ron paul fair?
"how has ron paul held up?" not brilliant in my mind a bunch of failed bills authored by him and support for many that would go against my principles but apart from that no he hasnt keeled over yet

just another thing that speaks to the incompetency of ronald and the people he chooses to surround himself with.
Does RP have handlers? I doubt it, his campaign doesn't have that polish that a well developed and planned campaign with near unlimited funds being run from an office on high does. Wouldn't you agree?
