Lol right? All my grows had LST done. And to think, I really wanted to try a proper LST on this cindy by tying completely around the pot. I'll try a different strain in April with that method. Gonna scope out a nice indica for bedtime and after the gym. Or I can use the freebie herbies sent me. It's a CH9 Jack 33. Haven't done much research on it. Thanks for reminding me to do that.

Just so you don't mistake the two. Air-pot* not aero. haha. How do I know when it has a decent root system? It's not like I can check through the dixie cup. ..Then again they might grow through the bottom with the small holes I made.

AHH.....sorry...I actually did misread it....I am getting aero pots...you have air pots, which I don't know shit about....LOL!
But yeah, as far as the root system.....I would just wait until you have a decent sized plant....Dunno like: 3-4 sets of true leaves?

According to those pictures... I'm probably going to have to transfer out of the 2oz cup and into a 16oz party cup. I feel like I'd def go rootbound by the time she gets that big in a little dixie cup. No stress needed here. My biggest mistake from my last grow was not transferring and going directly to 2.4gal. Terrible idea.

Btw I did a lot of DWC, hydro research and I'm going to go with standalone buckets with 2 separate pumps in April.

Give me your thoughts on that. Looks like a real clean setup but what really bites me is having to transfer while cleaning the reservoir :/. I feel iffy about that process. How long can the roots be out of the bucket while I clean and refill? I'm pretty sure the process takes <5 min but I feel like it'll cause stress...

I flowered in the 2.4gal under 250w and have really healthy, nice plants. which of course starts at the roots

That looks about right for day 8, maybe a tad slow but that could be if your temperature is a little low. No big deal unless your on a tight schedule

First week the seedling is just making roots... so it's normal that it grows slow. It'll start growing faster in the next week

Alright cool. I've got the opposite problem with temp. It gets pretty high sometimes. As soon as I open that cab door, I'm blasted by heat. Gotta find a way to cut steel and vent it properly. There's a small 3x3" slot at the bottom that I have an intake set on. Doesn't feel like it's enough.
