How am I looking. First grow, first plant.

Just wondering if im looking alright and am headed in the right direction.
Im keeping her close to the light. Is she looking healthy?

Its some Fem Magic Bud from Dr.C. So im hoping that i got what i payed for. Im only growing one for fun right now. I dont have the money to support two plants :/
Right now im just using one 23w daylight about an inch above her. but once she gets a bit bigger im going to move her up to my real grow room where i have a 100w hps, 2x23w daylights and 2x42w warmwhites

and ill just buy more lights as needed.. that was my plan.. lol

and where i live one plant can get reduced to a misdemeanor. so im sticking with one till i get the hang of it.

Yeah king is right, find out what the laws are, grow as many as reasonably possible.
I'm assuming your using a CFL. Just one??? Do you know the spectrum?
Give some more details, so we can really know how your doing.
But... Yeah it looks just fine.

now im no expert and im on my first grow, but both mine look good to be female... just use the right nuts it all depends on the situation from what i read...NITROGEN RICH ENVIORMENT>>>
