Thanks. I got the marigold idea from one of your pictures actually. I also flushed them today as well just to be on the safe side of things as well as rinse off the leaves. But tomorrow I believe I start poking some holes in the soil.

i always poke holes after flush, all that water cuts off a lot of oxygen from gettin to those roots. poke holes on the bottom of the pot too, some water can get stuck in there and it can really do some damage or attract gnats. and my bad, i should always include that in my recipe. marigolds, garlic, and canola have got me out of aloooooooottaa shit, and i mean a lot. ive left girls in bushes and left for a month and a half, came home, and all of them were covered in webs. they made a slow come back, but they did slowly regain their vigor and grow again. without it, they were goners for sure. ive also heard of natural mint being good, and a variety of flowers have some of the same effects for certain bugs. if you get a bug, you can usually expect there to be a natural remedy for them up at lowes or walmart.

So I took your advice and planted these ladies out doors in Root Organics bags March 30th. Well they all have showed sex and lucky me they are females... But now what? i feel like I'm going to end up with tiny little buds..Then they will re-veg. Do i cut the buds off or just leave them? What do you think I should do?

look up the hours in your area, if its back to full hours they should reveg if theyre photoperiod, if you get small buds you can take them off, id take them off only the branches and also take clones since they'll do that stretch. if you leave them, the will reveg as long as they're getting nitrogen and more than 12 hours. the flowers should stay, but they'll just go back to leaf growth and new nodes.

what thing should I know for growing in the florida keys? 1-3 plants outdoors.

read the earlier parts of the thread, you may have heavier winds down there as well, and its closer to the equator so you might get a little more heat. make sure your plants are always getting exposure, all times of the day. you may need high coco/perlite mediums for your high humidities, put it towards the bottom so water can build up and the roots are getting air. id suggest a mold resistant strain, and train it to grow many bud sites but keep them all level. anything to get you through heavy rains. try a heavy sativa and youll be pretty successful, stay on top of the forecast and water only when completely necessary.

you are brave growing in the keys. you do realize there are about 50 dea planes stationed there ? as i have lived in marathon before i would suggest you be very carefull and keep them small maybe even go with a few auto's

been long time since i was in o town but believe me dea and homeland are very active in the keys,also a coast guard base there. one of the main factors i decided not to move back.

I made up a concoction of canola oil, dishwashing liquid, garlic, and ground fresh HOT peppers from my garden. It seems to have done the trick, but I avoided the buds , so I will have to watch for survivors.

spraying the leaves with a strong stream of water is good as well to get the eggs off, you can do this to the buds too if its not too far into flower.

it's been since Sunday since I burned my girls and they're starting to grow but now with the deformed burned leafs. so I was wondering should i leave the leaf on there or cut it off. if i cut it off i wont have much of a plant left besides a stem. so i not sure. better to leave it or remove the damage?

all leaves are basically solar panels, even if they look deformed. keep the leaves, the growth will probably be back to normal in a few days.
