But I think my G13 NL is getting heat stressed, when I opened the box to check the temps she was all up as in her leafs were pointing up almost like they were praying for cooler temps and the temp's were in high 80s but RH is 20%, and I noticed some of the pistils turing brown I think way to soon, so I'll have to keep on eye on it.

OK so if you seal up all the holes except your 1 exaust and 1 intake ant take the fan off the filter and put it on the bottom of the cab blowing cool air into the cab, the positive pressure will force air out through the carbon filter. you have to make sure ALL other exaust/intake holes are sealed though otherwise your going to be pushing smelly air ou unwanted holes so this is a bit more work. but your gaurenteed to be bringing in cool air at a constant and your also allowing your fan to be able to move more air by removing the resistance of the filter from it. not sure how it will work but thats what i would try.

alternativly you can make the passive intake bigger but if the cab is all sealed up and you put your hand over it and cant feel the air moving into the cab then i feel its not due to your intake being too small but rather the fan losing too much CFM due to being attached to the carbon filter.

did you try the squirrel cage fan you got from the old stove hood? might be a wise idea to invest in a decent blower fan thats made to pump lots of air through just about anything...

Thx Matt I'll get on that rite now, I got a day off so I can work on the box to get the temps down, yeah I did try that hood blower but that shit start to make some funky ass noises so I was like fuck it, I dont want to put my family in some kind of fire danger. Freaking temps lol, I'll keep you post it how everything goes. One other thing I was thinking about is to drill a hole in a ceiling and just exhaust the hot air in to the crawl space above my ceiling, cuz there is no attic in my crib lol I'm just worried if I do exhaust that into the space above between the roof and the ceiling the smell will got threw the whole house, or it will stay in the space above. Got to get that done like today or tomorrow, so like I said I'll try whole bunch of things today to get them temps stable again, thank you for the diagram I'll try that also, I'll try anything to get them temps down lol. I think I'll have to invest in some better blower fan of some sort, but for now the cash is freaking tight as pussy of 18 year old girl. But in the future I'll most def. get a better exhaust fan.

lol 18 year old pussy aint tight these days my friend......anyways. that sounds like a good idea with the crawl space, or if you can get some cool air from the basement or something that would be good too to intake in

Yeah I know that them pussys today aint tight like they used to be lol but I didn't wont to sound like a perv. if I would wrote 16 or 17 year old ;) Yeah I'll have to try something today, first I think I'll try that crawl space, and then if that wont work for some reason I'll try your diagram and will see how that will work out, I'll keep you post it of how everything is going. Just got to go to eaither HD or Lowes to pick up some 6'x25" flexible duct.

You're always helping and shit. I had a guy that helped me like that but he left the website and I'm deeply saddened. It's like a kid that loses his dad then sees a kid hanging out with his dad! SADNESS!!

So today is a cool one month since the plants broke the ground ;) so here are some pictures of the two plants so far IMAG0191.jpgIMAG0192.jpgIMAG0193.jpg first one is G13 NL and the second one is Diesel Ryder IMAG0194.jpgIMAG0196.jpgIMAG0197.jpgIMAG0198.jpgIMAG0200.jpg

As for the temps they steady at 80F, I went to HD and Lowes to get some flexible duct but they didn't have any 6" so I got to wait 'till saturday for them to be back in stock, for now I'm keeping my door cracked open about an inch and funny thing is that the stinky plant dont stink that much any more any one knows why? unless I shake the plant a bit then you can smell it. As soon as I get that flex. duct then I'll run my exhaust to that attic space and will see what this does to the temps. But as far as I can tell so far so good.

80f isnt that bad really man, ideal temps are like 75-77 so 80 really is not hurting them any. if it is steady at 80 i would leave it and not spend anymore money

Dab we can always adopt you ;) and you be all fine and shit ;) as for Matt yeah he's a great person as far as I know, he helped me a LOT!!! a mean like a LOT a LOT lol ;) It's all about helping each other, we all growing the same plant's that we love. Maybe one day I'll be so knowledgeable like him and then I can lend a helping heand to others, this will be my kind of repaying to RIU community for all the help I got from.

Yeah I noticed that the plants dont mind 80F even when it got a bit hotter in there the diesel ryder didn't seem to be stressed at all but the g13 nl start to show heat stress and the leafs were all up like they praying or something, but for now all is good...cant smell the plants really with the door cracked open, dont know why but I'm not complaining about that. I'm might just keep the door open like that for the rest of the grow unless the smell is going to get really bad then I'll hook up that flex duct and run it to that attic space.

oh and your plants are looking grat man hopefully you get a bit of stretch out of them but if not they are still going to turn out great!! your definatly doing everything right so thier size is just a genetic thing im sure.

next seed purchase i say go with photoperiod plants now that you have a grow under your belt, you have much more controll over size and stuff.

Matt it seems that D.R stopped growing a bit (or maybe its the plants way to say its too hot in there), now it starts to get fat, as for NL I think she still grows upwards the light.

Next grow it's def. will be a photoperiod plants, but I still got one auto seed left it's a low girl from advanced seeds and I also got a photoperiod seed of critical jack, and I'm thinking about somehow growing them both at the same time but one is an auto another one is not, can I veg a plant for like two and a half months until the auto gets done and then the critical jack would have the box all to its self lol or veging a plant for 2.5 months is a bit too much?

your going to have to train it but yeay you can veg for that long, i would look into ScROG screen and just train and keep filling the screen then you will have a monster. your going to need at least a 5 gal container but i would suggest a 10 gal tote from wal mart/home depot
